I liked the location and the price was very affordable, clean and family friendly

The noise from room to room and the music coming for the club down stairs

Accomodation was excellent value, great location for walking to the slopes. Bus stops right outside rear of property. Centrally located for shops, bars, etc.

Central location could be a bit noisy with service vehicles early in the morning but jet lag may have been part of the reason for waking so early.

Having a bedroom exposed to the incredible noise and rowdiness of the late-night revellers from the surrounding bars and eateries. This continued until 2.30am - 3.00am every night. Opening the only window in the bedroom made it impossible to sleep, and the air conditioning unit was too noisy to leave on overnight. The bedroom was also long, narrow and gloomy with just one small window at one end with curtains which blocked half of available light. The basin took ages to fill due to very poor water flow. The electric lighting was not adequate for such a long, narrow room. The room is in need of a re-think.

I am very disappointed in the payments. Not the amount, but how it was completed. I did not want anything charged to the credit card that the booking was placed with and I believe everything was charged to that card. I provided another card so that wouldn't happen but I'm yet to see charges on it.

Great location. Walk to everything. In the heart of the village.

The rooms are much smaller than expected, barely room to move the coffee table to pull out the sofa bed. Indoor hot tub. Expensive for the space.

our room was a little dark (only one very small window) and narrow - we could only see the TV from one of the chairs not a big problem as we were only there a couple nights

The location was really good, right in the village! Great kitchen in our room which helped with making breakfast before going out on the slopes.

Although it was a great location the price you pay for that is having really noisy bars right outside your window serving alcohol until 2am it's quite loud and annoying. The bed was really uncomfortable. The room had a bath/shower which i'm never a fan of.

check in at 4pm and check out at 10am ?? Should be 2pm and 11am , like some of the others. found a lump in my bed and found a chocolate wrapper under the sheets?? Needs updating, carpets etc.

Clean and simple. Great location. The loft style is nice for 4 people. I was initially impressed that the hotel had a noise policy in place and apparently a method in place to deal with any, however...

...There was a huge party in room 220 [we think] on the Sat night. Despite calling down at 11pm and again in the am to complain, nothing was done, and the noise continued until 3am. Fixtures in the bathroom were loose, and the shower head did not work well. The pull out couch bed was clearly very old, and incredibly uncomfortable.

The room was nice & spacious, however the tv was in an awkward spot. It was difficult to see from either the couch or the bed. We had the king room & did have a giggle about the board in the middle clearly joining 2 separate beds to make the king. Still had a good sleep & would go back.

Like location and studio suite layout. Liked the hand lotion.

Do not appreciate paying 16 bucks a night to park. Parking at a class hotel is included. Rooms are starting to feel dated and bed had grooves worn into it making snuggling impossible. Also hotel is low on stock like cereal bowls and cutlery and we had to call housekeeping for both.

Location

We never had a "loft" before, it was nice and I'd get one of those again. The kitchenette was well equipped. We didn't think we'd need it much for an overnight, but ended up using it more than expected.

Everything. Hotel completely worn out, must be demolished, & build the new one w/good sound proof.

the fact the hotel was boiling hot ever where. stairs where like a sauna, room was cold right by the A/C but 6 feet away from it you broke a sweat...NOT KIDDING. i will be staying at the pinnacle lodge as they have very good A/C through out the whole building. and they are very bike friendly.

Wifi did not work Room was not that clean - coffe stains/spillage on walls

We walked around Whistler looking for accomodation. Got a cheaper deal through this website than we did just walking into the hotel. We were a group of 3 so the room was perfect with 3 beds. Hot tub and sauna were good. Recommended.

Very little.

The hotel was faded and desperately in need of a complete make over. There was no air-conditioning and only one small window that opened, making for a very hot, uncomfortable night. The carpets were ragged and filthy. The furnishings were largely ruined and needed to be replaced. Very poor quality lodging for the price.
