Beautifully furnished, incredible bed, great location, loved the balcony, very quiet.

Location. Price is reasonable for location

We have visited twice and both times were updated to the deluxe queen room which are just amazing. Love the balconies and hot tub, pool. Appreciated new morning coffee bar.

Fruit cups at coffee bar need more fruit selections besides melons and a couple of blueberries.

Friendly, helpful staff. The room was large and thoroughly cleaned by housekeeping each day. There are many eating places to suit different palates and price levels in the vicinity.

Noisy air-conditioning

Second stay within a week restaurant has now opened and is excellent we were disappointed with no restaurant the first stay but very happy and intend stay again in next few days prior to returning home excellent locate and staff have improved

All the staff were superb and bent over backwards to cater our whims and then were apologetic if things took a little longer.. we were there at the tail end of a renovation and some bugs were being worked out..

One of our favorite hotels .. the changes will take some getting used to but I am confident the staff will make it even more pleasant then it was .. the new décor is clean and fresh..it grows on you .. by the end of our 5-day stay we loved it...

Sound from police siren very loud even with closed windows and doors. Wake up call never received.

Water pressure on the upper floors is not sufficient for showering. Plug, in tub needs repairs.

location is very good - walk to many places e.g.stanley park, waterfront, and many local shops and restaurants on Robson and adjacent streets; hop on-hop off trolley stops there; young staff were very helpful.

no shuttle to airport - easily got a cab but cost $35-40 USD one way; coffee shop had excellent food but closes too early (if you wanted a coffee or snack after late morning); we had late diner next door at sports bar but wasn't clear if that was part of the hotel or not, desk clerk wasn't sure either -but really no matter since we liked it and the food.

Our stay was uniformly excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room and view were fantastic. The restaurant downstairs was just opening during our stay and breakfast choices were excellent. Really, I can offer no negative comments at all -- will happily stay there again!

The large rooms were spotless- the beds were incredibly comfortable! The pool, jakuzzi and gym area although not large we're a terrific addition. I would without doubt use the hotel again.

No real / uht milk in room for us English tea lovers!

Location excellent large quiet room with comfortable bed after long flight

We inquired sometime ago about their renovations to the restaurant and were advised it would be completed prior to our arrival when were arrived staff were quite dismissive and in fact rude when I raised the matter in fact the reception staff could benefit from further training in customer relations

the renovations (not terminated) will be a success, we had a very large room with a small balcony on Robin street. The small refrigerator was appreciated as well as the abondant fenestration, and the quality of the mattress.

no furniture on the balcony, we had to take out furniture from the room
