Location, style, large, comfortable room, view, friendly helpful staff, restaurant, easy parking.
Location is excellent. Close to everything-Aquarium, StanleyPark, shopping, restaurants. Very safe area of Vancouver. You can walk everywhere, even at night . Rooms are huge. Always a beautiful view. Were on the 17th floor this time. Always stay there when in Vancouver.
Beds are a bit hard. That is all I can say that is negative. Love this hotel!
Great location Clean
Needs to update the bathtubs. A children's menu in the restaurant would be nice!!!
I couldn't control the room temperature ?
Great location, staff, room, basically everything. Good value for money for its location, too!
Location and access Excellent wireless, computer and printing services Very clean bedroom Large bedroom and wardrobes
Fantastic double aspect views Comfortable beds Crisp linen
Bathroom in need of update Leisure facilities very tired and in need of make over
When I travel to Vancouver, BC I usually stay at the Blue Horizon due to its convenient location to shops, tourist attractions, restaurants, etc. The rooms are always clean, the staff are exceedingly helpful, and the hotel is quiet.
The hotel does not seem to have handicapped parking close to the check-in desk. This is the first time this has happened, but it was exceedingly cold in Vancouver during this visit and I couldn't find an extra blanket. In the past I've found one in a drawer or in the closet.
Love the location, all the shops, walking, cafes,
Nothing, we loved it all wish we could more.
Location, value, cleanliness, service.
Staff was very kind and well welcome for honeymoon. I reserved the superior king bed room located in higher level of the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was well occupied and isolated from the room. The housekeeping as the room cleaning service was very good and well maintained all of conditions. I was very satisfied with the views from the wide screen windows as I expected. The outside noise was well prevented and the room temperature also keep maintained during staying, especially winter season. The bed was very comfortable for two people. The robs were very nice!! I hoped to take them but my wife didn't want to buy them with the extra charge. But the quality of the robs was very good!! The location of hotel was perfect in the downtown.
excellent location the view is good.
everything except location was hard to find
The location was great for being able to access public transport and to walk to the many attractions on either side of the bay. Loved our upgrade to the 26th floor with its spectacular views. Staff were helpful and courteous.
Location, bed was very comfortable,
Didn't give me a room according to my instructions and the first day my room was not cleaned however they did send someone immediately after I called so not a big issue.
Place is clean.
Breakfast and parking not included.
Excellent location (and I knew that when I booked the room). Staff was very good and attentative. Room was clean and we were left alone and not bothered by the cleaning staff. I was there with a friend of mine from Toronto who I have known for over 30 years I was originally from Toronto) He got in very late and the staff were very good to him.
Overpriced for what there was as services available to us.
Some staff could be a little more courteous, helpful and more inviting.
Location, balcony, beds, room size and parking reasonable compared to other hotels in area
Bathrooms really outdated
The view was amazing and the restaurant was great
The squeaking service elevator from around 5:30am on
Great location within walking distance of Stanley Park. They have a very good restaurant on the ground floor, open for all meals, with a nice bar. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The lobby area could use some sprucing up and the elevators could be very slow at times.
Not a thing
The view was really good ..windows were wrapped around room .. Lots of space .. Check in was effortless ..
Closeness to the downtown core. Ability to walk to BC Place
