Blue Horizon Hotel    

The room was huge, the view was great, and the balcony was nice.

Excellent location, and a nice and clean room.

expected more for the price paid (for example some complementary bottled water would have been nice).

Stunning views from the room and the balcony, with lots of windows really made this a treat. The large rooms and included refrigerator are good for families. A rollaway crib for our infant fit in the room nicely without crowding.

The exercise equipment is in fine condition, but rather limited.

It is in an excellent location, very quiet even though it is on a busy street, loved all the windows in the room. Parking was good, don't like all the taxes though. (Not your fault) great trip!

The restaurant is trying to be too fancy, should have more ordinary food, especially cereal, granola too hard for seniors to chew and very dry. Prices a bit high, only ate there once for that reason. Too bad, we went over to the bakery restaurant up Bute all the time for a nightcap.

However getting a response from staff when I encountered a problem after leaving the hotel has been problematic. I have been waiting on a reply for a week. The preauthorisation placed on my card by Blue horizon was far in excess of what I was charged and subsisted until I rang my bank today to sort as Blue Horizon were of no assistance. THis left me without access to funds for a full week

The location! It is close to everything. Walking to Stanley Park was very easy. And if you are lucky to have a room on the 29th floor, what a view!

good sized rooms well located for shopping and dining, room was quiet and comfortable and staff helpful.

Great location in the city center, free upgrade our first night, but different room just as nice when we returned. Staff was helpful.

8 rooms per floor - very quiet. The room was very comfortable. Balcony overlooked the waterfront. Very competant waitstaff in the cafe.

One must get used to the smallness of the bathroom.

Central location. Design. Free wifi. Cleanliness.

Tthe staff ar this hotel were really friendly & helpful. Our room here was large and comfortable. There was a fridge in the room which came in handy for drinks etc & the balcony was a welcome addition to get some fresh air. All in all a great hotel in a great location for excellent value. We would definitely stay here again. ...& there is an excellent 24hr bakery/coffee shop across the street!

There is nothing not to like... There was no pool but we knew this when we booked, was reflected in the excellent price and the location was good compensation!

Very spacious room on 21st floor was very comfortable for our one night stay. Hotel was easy walking distance from the SkyTrain station.

Noise from adjacent room transmitted through wall, but only a minor inconvenience to us.
