Nettes Personal, hilfsbereit und sehr informativ im Bezug auf die Freizeitgestaltung an den Niagara Falls. Zimmer in Ordnung. In 10 Minuten in der Stadt, Parkmöglichkeiten ausreichend.

Die Klimaanlage ist laut und vorsintflutlich. Im Bad fanden sich noch die Haare der Vormieter auf dem Boden. Für das Gebotene ist der Preis definitiv zu hoch. 50 Dollar wäre das Maximum. Aber die freundlichkeit der Besitzer macht vieles wett...

Wir waren für 3Nächte in diesem Hotel,die Eigentümerin ist super hilfsbereit und gab uns gute Tips,besonders fürs Parken bei den Niagara Falls.Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

The place is tucked away and the traffic noise is low. We arrived in the spring. The flowering bushes she had lovingly cultivated were very fragrant. The landscaping definitely had a personal touch to it. The rooms were very clean and were tastefully renovated. Nothing looked out of place. The bed was new and comfortable. The kitchenette had good running appliances. The Blue Moon reminded me of the places my parents use to take us when we were kids. Brought back many wonderful memories. The owner brought coffee out to us when we were barbequing our burgers. Nice touch!

The bathroom plumbing needed to be repaired the tub tap system was loose and had to be jiggled to stop. But that is all.

Room was clean, with plenty of space for a family of five. Price was very economical. Owner was very responsive when we called about noise from guests 'celebrating' right outside our door throughout the night.

Noise! A wedding party was staying there the same night, and our room was located on the second level - right across from two communal picnic tables, and right between guests from their party. We had to phone the front desk at 11:00 p.m., 1:15 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. to intervene. I felt terrible for the owner! Next time, though, we'll pay for the luxury of hotel-level quiet.

Older motel but laminate floors give it a more modern feel. Rooms clean. Beds very comfortable. Good pricing.

In room WiFi a bit slow. TVs are old style - not flat screen panel TVs. Picture a bit fuzzy.

handy location re:the falls and the Niagara parkway, to restaurants....excellent value for the money...the lady [owner] at the front desk was delightful]

The staff is great and the place very comfortable and clean. The location was excelent for visiting the attractions yet distant enough not to be caught up with the noise and crowd. Would definitely consider it on any future plans to the area and recommend it without reversations.

I like a friendly staff,location right across Americana resort,where my kids had a dance competition.Our room had a kitchen and additional sofa-bed,that was great when you stay with children.I also like free breakfast with various pastry,milk coffee and eggs.

She gave us accomodations in the last minute. There was a small kitchenette that worked very well. Doris was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us everything we needed. Breakfast was great with many choices. Place was very clean.

Picture quality of tv was not the best but good enough.

Very clean and quiet. Best value for money. Grocery store less than 1 min, pizza, breakfast places, gas stations and huge outlets plaza 2-3 min away. Went to americana water park across of street for $26 per person for all day and stay in Blue Moon for half price of that hotel. Had room w/ kitchen, pans, pots, cutlery, cups ext. Any way over all excellent place for people who doesn't care spent big budget for sleeping and like to spent on attraction.

it was inexpensive. it was clean and they had many fresh towels. they upgraded one of our rooms to a king at no extra cost

the queen size rooms were very tiny as well as the bathrooms.

it was great. 3 rooms for 2 nights just over 3hundred dollars. Cant beat that. And WAY better than other places in the area for similar prices

The owner of the hotel is lovely and very very helpful.

For $100 including tax, this family suite is overpriced. It is old and run down, and wasn't the cleanest I've stayed in. Around the room there were ashtrays full of cigarette butts. Smoking should not be allowed right it side the rooms, its not healthy nor respectable to those who don't smoke.

The large 3 bedroom family suite. Everyone has their own space. Also the kitchen is nice which allows you to start your day with a good breakfast. The grounds and pool are lovely.

Wish that they had more of the large family suites they are hard to get into if you dont watch and check for availability.

A friend and myself stayed in one of the family units and we loved it, the room is large with lots of room and three bedrooms are nice so we had privacy when sleeping and the full kitchen with fridge,stove,microwave was great, no need to go out for breakfast when you can just make it yourself. The location was perfect for our conference, the owners were very friendly and helpful, the separate BBQ area and picnic tables are really nice and even though the weather was cool the pool area looked really nice. I will be back next time I am in the falls.

The rooms were a bit dated but they were clean, nothing really bad to say about the room or Motel.
