Very clean and quiet. Best value for money. Grocery store less than 1 min, pizza, breakfast places, gas stations and huge outlets plaza 2-3 min away. Went to americana water park across of street for $26 per person for all day and stay in Blue Moon for half price of that hotel. Had room w/ kitchen, pans, pots, cutlery, cups ext. Any way over all excellent place for people who doesn't care spent big budget for sleeping and like to spent on attraction.

it was inexpensive. it was clean and they had many fresh towels. they upgraded one of our rooms to a king at no extra cost

the queen size rooms were very tiny as well as the bathrooms.

it was great. 3 rooms for 2 nights just over 3hundred dollars. Cant beat that. And WAY better than other places in the area for similar prices

The owner of the hotel is lovely and very very helpful.

For $100 including tax, this family suite is overpriced. It is old and run down, and wasn't the cleanest I've stayed in. Around the room there were ashtrays full of cigarette butts. Smoking should not be allowed right it side the rooms, its not healthy nor respectable to those who don't smoke.

The large 3 bedroom family suite. Everyone has their own space. Also the kitchen is nice which allows you to start your day with a good breakfast. The grounds and pool are lovely.

Wish that they had more of the large family suites they are hard to get into if you dont watch and check for availability.

A friend and myself stayed in one of the family units and we loved it, the room is large with lots of room and three bedrooms are nice so we had privacy when sleeping and the full kitchen with fridge,stove,microwave was great, no need to go out for breakfast when you can just make it yourself. The location was perfect for our conference, the owners were very friendly and helpful, the separate BBQ area and picnic tables are really nice and even though the weather was cool the pool area looked really nice. I will be back next time I am in the falls.

The rooms were a bit dated but they were clean, nothing really bad to say about the room or Motel.

Any of the rooms with the whirlpool tub is the best if travelling solo and you want a nice quiet and inviting place to relax. The bed was beautifully decorated with huge pillows and a very cute drapery setting. The room had an electric fireplace. The staff are always very attentive and friendly. I've stayed twice at this establishment and I will be back again. Very close to shopping, the Falls, and popular restaurants but located on the quiet side of Lundy's Lane which makes for a good night's rest. thank-you once again for a terrific experience!

We both love the outdoor heated pool since it is enclosed in a garden area as opposed to being exposed on the street like many of the other motels. Also, the pool temperature is kept really warm so you can swim well into late-September. The owner is very friendly and accommodating.

We really enjoyed the heated pool outdoors, the room was very cozy and relaxing, included complimentary breakfast, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Clean, comfortable room and staff treats you like family. We were 2 couples touring the Niagara area and stayed in the adjoining rooms. We were very happy with our rooms and the friendly owner. The picnic tables and outdoor grills are a great idea. If you want a luxury hotel, this isn't for you. But if you want a clean room,friendly staff and great price, you can't go wrong by staying here. Room was small and older decor but really clean.

Great Staff, the rooms were well equipped and very clean. TV had 100+ channells and free phone calls to the whole of USA and Canada. I appreciated the quiet location away from downtown as had a car, but public transport operates from outside the motel to downtown Great buffet breakfast included so saving you even more.

Every nice thing you read about The Blue Moon Motel are all true. The staff are lovely informative and helpful, big clean rooms, nice breakfast, great pool and playground and all around pleasant time. We would have loved to been able to stay longer!!

Staff were good but Motel was old and also renovation was in bad quality. I am not happy with that.

Not Clean, Floor was in bad quality, Kichenete was dirty, TV old, ....

You can't put a price tag on hospitality. The owner made us feel very much at home! Such a wonderful woman! The pool and bbq area were very attractive and relaxing. The we go bus system to the falls and other attractions was just outside the front door of the motel.

The rooms were small and a little outdated but were clean.

Will never stay here again. Woke up and found a dead bug in my bed and blood on the sheets that wasn't from me. I informed the person working the front desk and she proceeded to get angry at me saying that it was my fault and then she told me I wasn't welcome back in the future..... It was the worst experience in a motel in My life! DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL.
