The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The things we liked best were the lovely warm swimming pool and the little restaurant, where the food was great, the prices very reasonable and the service fast and fun. Liked most everything. Could have had a hair dryer. |

Very friendly welcome at front desk when we arrived. Swimming pool was nice. Poor security in the parking lot; my car was stolen the first night. Although I reported the incident, nobody paid proper attention or had intention to compensate by the lost. Bad smell in the bathroom during the nights, it smelled to smoke. |

The staff was friendly and helpful. Since travelling with a person in a wheelchair, we appreciated the ramps. Easy access to downtown Victoria and Langford. |

Very courteous staff every time i went to the office, knowledgable and friendly. Fairly reasonable pricing. Close to restaurants and shopping. No air conditioning in the height of the unseasonably hot summer. |

It was clean. We had booked it thinking we would have internet but could not get it in our room. However the staff in the office were very kind and we used it there. We stayed 4 nights. Because we stayed 4 nights and we were only 2 people, we would sooner have had a king size bed and more space to move around in. The beds however, were comfortable. |

Rooms were clean. Linens were above average. Microwave and small refrigerators were nice to have. The beds, chairs and small table were average. The pool was small but well kept. Staff were exceptionally friendly, and there were signs of attention all around, like potted flowering plants. The facility is quite old and does not have air conditioning but shows the signs of meticulous upkeep over the years. We were there on the hottest day of the year so far (mid 80's F or upper 20's C), and the choice was unfortunately between shutting out road noises or letting in cooler air in the evening. Seems like it would have been just fine any other time of year. |

It had an Internet connection in the the lobby. Access was free, though there was only one and it was popular. The bus stop to downtown was nearby as were a number of breakfast places. Therre was a shopping mall across the street. With the windows open it could get noisy, especially in early mornging when trucks start up again. |

Dichtbij het centrum. De manager doet alle moeite om de wensen in te vullen. Ook buiten het "werkveld" van het hotel. Dit is geen luxe hotel maar dat was vooraf duidelijk. De prijs/kwaliteit is prima |
