They could not find our booking .it was a very big hassle just to get checked in...the desk clerk was less that helpfull..

We always find the Blue Ridge Inn a great place to stay whenever we come to Victoria. It is great value for the money and is always clean and comfortable. Plus the staff is friendly and helpful. We shall return. The only thing I found that I didn't like the constant sound of the fridge.It was a bit annoying and hard to get to sleep

We find this hotel convient, based on location. We enjoy taking in a hockey game when we come to Victoria. The hotel is affordable for our budget. Lastly, it's pet friendly, well suited for our dog. We stay here a couple times per year and have for three years. Our room this time wasn't as desirable. The bed was a bit stingy smelling and the shower didn't work to full pressure, water continued to pour out of the tap while the shower was on.I Did report this to the front desk upon leaving. We might just look for other places to stay, sorry.

The room was spacious and clean . Bed was comfy except for the pillows. Staffs were helpful and location was good. Overall, we had a nice and comfortable stay at this place and would certainly recommend it.

Friendly@competent staff.adequate rooms with microwave,coffeemaker @T.V.butterdell cafe adjacent to reception is a bonus,very good breakfasts @ lunches.

De geweldige ligging van dit hotel heeft ons erg geraakt. Binnen 5 minuten ben je down town, nog geen 3 km. Dus al met al een prima uitvalsbasis om Victoria te bekijken. Ook de kamer en de andere faciliteiten voldeden ruimschoots. Een echte aanrader. Voor de prijs hoef je het zeker niet te laten !!
