I like the surrounding atmosphere, very tranquille and relaxing. The access to the further-away-rooms are not that convenient. The booking system has many defects. It caused great confusion. I booked 2 rooms but there's only 1 confirmation number. There should be 1 confirmation number as well as 1 cancellation number for each single booking room so as not to cause confusion. |

The outdoor swimming pool was awesome, very clean and great temperature. The front desk staff was great, they helped in many ways our vacation travels in NIagara Falls. |

At check-in, front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The indoor "heated" pool was not heated; the water was a little cold. |

L'accueil et le très bon rapport qualité prix Nous étions une famille de deux adultes et trois enfants qui avions réservé avec le petit déjeuner compris mais à notre arrivée il nous a été annoncé qu'un "groupe" de plusieurs personnes était arrivé à l'Hôtel et que nous ne pourrions pas prendre le petit déjeuner sauf si nous le payions. |

Der Fernseher und die Heizung haben gut funktioniert, was nicht immer selbstverständlich ist. Eine Kaffeemaschine gab es auch, was ich sehr begrüße. Das Zimmer war groß genug, die sanitäre aufteilung ebenfalls. Es waren nicht ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden, da das Hotel ausgebucht war. |

Leuke zwembadjes. Goede bedden. Medewerkers bij receptie graag bereid om te helpen. Lekker dicht bij de outlets. In een van de kamers was een koelkastje aanwezig. Grote kakkerlak in een van de kamers. Luidruchtige (oude) airco, die overigens wel goed werkte. WiFi op de kamer werkte niet (wel in de buurt van de receptie). |

Les chambres sont confortables J'ai vraiment apprécié mon premier séjour au Travelodge Bonaventure au mois de juin.Lors de mon second séjour, pas de mini frigo dans la chambre et pas d'internet, alors que le prix de la chambre avait doublé. J'ai été vraiment déçu. |

Les piscines sont relativement propres. Le petit déjeuner, bien que payant, contient plusieurs choix à des prix raisonnables. Le personnel était gentil et accueillant. Le cadre est sympa, l'hôtel est bien situé. Internet est seulement disponible dans le bâtiment principal (Pour le moment du moins). Toilettes un peu bruyantes. Installations usées. J'ai bien aimé l'accueil et la piscine ainsi que le spa. Je n'ai pas été impressionée par la décoration des chambres. Celles-ci sont désuètes et pas très belles. De plus, il y avait des tuiles de céramiques qui étaient cassées et quelques petits détails minimes souffraient d'être réparés. |
