Es correcto. Aunque por fuera tiene una apariencia muy sencilla, la verdad es que las habitaciones son muy amplias y confortables. Se encuentra muy cerca de la calle principal de Banff

El lavabo no está en relación con el tamaño de la habitación.

put me in a handicapped room. Walls were paper thin and I heard my neighbours making sexual relations with each other until the early morning.

The restaurants and the pool were in the other buliding and you need to cross the street to get there

The beds, the ilussion that the pool was at the bow view along with the other facilities it made it very inconvenient to walk across the back ally to get there. Bookings.com did not make this clear

My son loved the pool available to us and I loved the steam room. The room was very clean and didn't lack anything we needed.

We stayed at the Bow View in Oct 09 and found everything to be super the staff on the desk could have been more enthusiastic but apart from that the view of the Bow River was marvelous, the use of the Spa facilities in the sister hotel bmade our stay very comfortable.

Room was quite nice. Bed was very good.

Hallways and balconies in serious need of upgrading. Nice pool, sauna and hot tub but you have to go to the adjacent hotel.

The pool and steam room which belonged to the other hotel.

It was run down...the balcony had stains all over it and the railing was all rusty. Our sheets had a stain on them and so did the long pillow that lays on the bed. The people beside us were smoking drugs and reported it to the staff and nothing was done. When we returned that evening they were smoking pot again and our room smelled. They should have been asked to leave. We will not be returning.

It was convenient to downtown shopping and food, reasonably priced, right on the river, free internet and parking,

I twas not air conditioned. That may not matter most of the the year but it was very warm in mid-July. They did supply a fan which helped. It was implssible to secure the room and open the window at the same time. The hotel is also close to a train crossing. A train which runs all night long, yet another reason for air conditioning.

I like the small town, homey atomsphere!

We really liked that we had access to the pool, steamroom, etc. across the lane.

We didn't find the pillows too comfy (for us).
