Annuleringen
Bij annulering tot 3 dagen vóór de aankomstdatum worden geen kosten in rekening gebracht.

Kinderen en extra bedden
Maximaal twee kinderen tot 15 jaar oud verblijven gratis in het hotel, wanneer er gebruik wordt gemaakt van de reeds aanwezige bedden.
Alle extra oudere kinderen of volwassenen betalen 15,00 CAD per nacht, wanneer er gebruik wordt gemaakt van de reeds aanwezige bedden.
Eén kind tot 2 jaar oud mag gratis in de kamer verblijven, babybedje inbegrepen.
Maximumaantal babybedjes in een kamer: 1.
Er is geen mogelijkheid voor extra bedden in de kamer.
Extra bedden zijn op verzoek beschikbaar en dienen door het hotel te worden bevestigd.
Toeslagen worden niet automatisch meegerekend in het totaalbedrag en dienen apart te worden betaald in het hotel.

Vriendelijke receptie, goede prijs kwaliteit, dicht bij Bow river, mooie start van een Canada reis, dicht bij centrum, rustig aan buitenkant Banff, prachtig natuurschoon, zeer stil Indruk receptie en accomodatie wat achterhaald. |

The view was really nice and it's in a great location. We booked here because of the low rate. The pictures shown on the Banff Hotels Website were a little deceiving. The hotel is very outdated.I probably would opt to stay at the hotel connected to it next time. |

Very quiet, good parking available. Front desk staff was very friendly. Being able to use the pool facilities at BPL was great. Very easy walking access to the rest of banff. |

Abilility to check in early The beds, the ilussion that the pool was at the bow view along with the other facilities it made it very inconvenient to walk across the back ally to get there. Bookings.com did not make this clear |

We stayed at the Bow View in Oct 09 and found everything to be super the staff on the desk could have been more enthusiastic but apart from that the view of the Bow River was marvelous, the use of the Spa facilities in the sister hotel bmade our stay very comfortable. |

Location's view is awsome. Atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. Staff are efficient and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Very close to everything that we want to see. Deer walked by our balcony in the morning. We will be staying there again! Rooms could use a few more amenities; i.e., shampoo, conditioner, coffee pouches, and cream and sugar. We asked the front desk Staff for top ups, and they were very understanding and helpful. |

Room was quite nice. Bed was very good. Hallways and balconies in serious need of upgrading. Nice pool, sauna and hot tub but you have to go to the adjacent hotel. |

Its close to the Bow River- For the older client its lovely to take a walk alongside a very beautiful river- and its also very near to the main shopping streets-I have a heart condition and in my two days stay I was able to walk more than I have in the last month or two. |

The pool and steam room which belonged to the other hotel. It was run down...the balcony had stains all over it and the railing was all rusty. Our sheets had a stain on them and so did the long pillow that lays on the bed. The people beside us were smoking drugs and reported it to the staff and nothing was done. When we returned that evening they were smoking pot again and our room smelled. They should have been asked to leave. We will not be returning. |

Quiet, especially for so close the the center of town. Near the river. It was also useful that it was near very near the hospital as we were rather sick, probably thanks to the flights to Canada. Would be rather expensive for what you get if it weren't for the location. |

It was convenient to downtown shopping and food, reasonably priced, right on the river, free internet and parking, I twas not air conditioned. That may not matter most of the the year but it was very warm in mid-July. They did supply a fan which helped. It was implssible to secure the room and open the window at the same time. The hotel is also close to a train crossing. A train which runs all night long, yet another reason for air conditioning. |
