The smell in the room was terrible at first. This humidity smell is something you need to work on.

Had a pool for our kids;

Noise that wasn't controlled by mgmt; after numerous calls to front desk, they kepted on asking which room we were in vs. Taking our concerns of noise; pass midnight, I decided to make one last attempt to tell mgr. That if he didn't control and ask travellers to shut their music off that I would need to call the police for disturbance; We stayed in room 224 and underneath us was the party room and pool; the music and noise was out of control, by 1pm, the travellers finally went to sleep; I even had another family that booked a room and was told afterwards that they couldn't accomodate them due to the lack of cot. I would not recommend this hotel/motel due to the staff & mgmt that was totally ignorant and un-professional.

Good mattress, the staff remembered me from only one visit before, the breakfast was not just carbs, and the location is perfect for what I need.

The mattress cover wasn't sung and during the night I had to remake the bed, The lighting in the bathroom is too weak both times I stayed there.

I really can't say how much i liked staying at your hotel i can tell you i will not be back nor would i recommend your hotel,My husband and i stayed there because he was having a total knee replacement at the hospital the following morning.when we were going up the stairwell the banister came off the wall and he nearly fell down the stairs very poor maintance.

maintence needs to be done asap befor someone gets hurt.There were old Tv sets in hall way was not inpressed

I liked our very friendly chambermaid, Olga. She made the stay lovely. I liked that they have a pool, whirlpool and dry sauna.

Naming the breakfast " deluxe" is questionable. It mostly has to do with the philosophy of saving money and perhaps some unmotivated or poorly trained staff members. Also, the pool area needs to be cleaned more regularly. A nice hotel with room for improvement.

we have choosen BWP because of it's location close to the airport. The hotel itself is good.

it seems that BWP positions itself as a family hotel, without mentioning this in its advertisements. The result is many families and many children who make a lot of noise until about 10 pm. This is not the kind of hotel where we, as an older couple, like to stay when we have to catch a flight the next day and go to bed early.

1 of the lobby staff unhelpfull. Breakfast: not enough tables & seats for the amount of guests. Sausages burnt & scambled egg rubbery on all for mornings. Certainly would not stay in a Best western again or recommend

Price was good, the room and access to the room was very good

Bathroom could have been cleaner, there was someone's hairs on the floor. We did not get any hot food at breakfast, the dishes were empty, and we were there at about 9'0 clock.

Check in was no problem,accomodation was clean, attendants very friendly and pleasant, breakfast was very good and very satisfying.

Pass key would not open the outside doors , no problem getting into room

My daughter and I had baton competition and we had girls night at hotel prior to attending next day. It was a lovely trip for just us two and enjoyed the pool and breakfast.

Two minor things. Our toilet (Room 104) made a tank filling noise all night. The only other thing is that my daughter loves bacon and ketchup and there was none. But other than that, it was perfect.

Very comfortable and quiet - easy to sleep and be woken up for an early start.

Breakfast at 6:30 is a little too late - I needed to be out of the hotel at this time, so the breakfast that was paid for in my fee was not received.

L'hôtel est loin du centre ville de Toronto, les restos environnants ne sont pas nombreux.

There were a lot of people at the hotel last weed end: sports events in Brampton and bus loads of children and teenagers. 1) It was surprising to see that the breakfast area was still available and comfortable if you pick your time to go. 2) You'd think that the pool area would be a zoo, but no, it was just about empty the times we went to use it.

The stairs in the pool area (from the sauna to the pool and hot tub) were not as clean as we'd hope.

It was economical.

Being from out of the country, we needed to have access to a copier machine as we had to fill out some court forms to be in court the first thing in the morning. We were offered by staff that they would make us copies at 75 cents per sheet. We needed 75 copies which would have cost us $56.00. Most places only charge 15-25 cents a copy. We felt we were being taken advantage of, perhaps because we were from another country and not knowing the area and where else to go, but we did find another place and got our copies for 15 cents per page and only paid $11.25 Having a copier machine certainly would be a great help to those who might be in the same situation as we were.
