Was clean but small, did get compensated for room confusion but not what we were looking for. Did not get room that was booked, was down graded. Very noisy, unorganized

Location relative to our hockey tournament, parking, restuarants close by, friendly staff Fridge was broken and replacement was not much better. Elevator smelled like burning motor all weekend and 1 broke down friday night...both were exceptionally slow!!

The staff on the front desk are consistently friendly and helpful. On this stay I was reminded of discounts available at nearby restaurants which I then made use of. Also they consistently inquire if I have any needs and greet me as a valued customer. I feel the quality of the training must be very high as is I suppose, the quality of the staff themselves. Having worked late nights myself, to see people with a smile and professional appearance is impressive.

J'ai vraiment aimé mon séjour la cette année. Je vais y retourner de nouveau quand je serai demandé d'y retourner par affaire c'est certain. J'ai fait la demande de faire passer la balayeuse car cela n'avait pas été fait durant 2 jours. Pas de déjeuner continental.

Très bel hôtel. Confortable avec de belles installations. Si vous n'avez pas la voiture je vous le déconseille. Il est loin du centre de Toronto !!!

The rooms were nice and the beds comfortable We found a pretty big problem with attention to detail as far as cleaning in this hotel. Also managers were not available\present to deal with our issue but instead a trainee

I liked how the service was great starting from when you first walked in at the desk. The pool was clean, the beds were comforatable, the rooms very clean with a microwave and a fridge. It was great to have a little snack area to by essentials and treats for the kids. Having the movie theatre and Tim Hortons and Wendy's in the same plaza whom ever thought of that was brilliant. I will definately be staying at a Marriott again. There was a big hockey tounrament and a wedding the weekend we stayed there and security and the staff had everything under control. Thank you. The air conditioner was very loud and it kept clicking on at night waking us up every time it came on.
