Large bathroom, Large comfortable bed, lots of space, great location, comfortable and clean room. Bed was the best part, very comfy and lots of pillows. Temperature of room was nice. Nice to have tv, fridge, coffee maker. Great overall experience. Great price.
The spa bath was dirty and dusty. The employees laughed and yelled back in forth in the hallways in afternoons and morning, very noisy and disturbing.
The STAFF was all so very nice. The kids loved the pool!!!
I liked that there were a lot of restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed the balcony after our son was in bed and for coffee in the morning.
I didn't like that the slide was closed when that was the main reason we decided to stay at the hotel.
Location, places to eat nearby and movie cinema is a walking distance
only one Bistro on site and it was closed early. If you needed a meal you will have to leave the hotel.
Didn't see anything to do with a continental breakfast
Location was great - so was the Jacuzzi. Liked having a fridge and microwave in the room.
I would have liked to have had breakfast included
Room toilet tank kept re-filling every few minutes and very noisy Pillows not comfotable
Everything was absolutely fantastic
The hotel looked very nice. The pool was very nice, and the waterside was fun. The staff at the front desk was fast and friendly.
The sheets on the bed came off the moment we sat on the bed and were totally off the bed upon waking up in the morning revealing a large brown stain on the mattress right near the pillows which was gross. Breakfast was not included, majority of other hotels offer this and it is something we would have enjoyed. We had requested a late checkout and were given 1pm, a little later would have been nicer. But at 11:20 housekeeping came into the room while we were sleeping, she did not even wait long enough after knocking for someone to get to the door. This was very unexpected and unpleasant for us seeing as regular checkout would have been 12 she should not have been walking into any room at that time. There was also long blonde hairs in the jacuzzi which was pretty nasty and the bath salts that were in the room were already opened. This stay was very disappointing, we were given $20 off the room by the front desk after complaining about housekeeping coming in. To me that just doesn't seem like enough considering the pricing of the room and quality of the stay.
Stayed in king bed with spa bath and overall enjoyed it.
Bed was comfortable but pillows were thin. The spa bath was great but shower was not up to standard. The handheld shower head would not stay in any useful position and flopped in various directions.
comfortable beds, nice arrangement in rooms,
public areas were dirty two days in a row, ice/snow not maintained at front entrance - dangerous - nothing done even after mentioning it to the front desk, public furniture near elevators worn/tired, stains on hallway carpet have been there sometime, dirt behind bathroom door in room, sofa bed in room dirty
Staff were embarassed but pleasant.
It was Christmas Eve, I'd made a reservation for my son and his young family to stay at the Courtyard Marriot for a break and so they could swim. * the pool was closed Xmas Eve * the restauranT IN HOTEL was closed xmas eve, as were all nearby restaurants. * the restauraunt in the hotel was only open for breakfast. * My guests were so annoyed they wanted to go home. Guess paying staff double-time to open the pool and restaurant was too much money.
I just enjoyed my whlle stay there and it is very convince
When I booked I was not aware there would be no room service available. Very inconvenient as I had travelled a long distance and did not expect that at all. Also my fire alarm beeped every hour or so throughout the night. I was exhausted from travelling and did not bother calling down to the desk as it would have meant either someone coming to my room to check the unit or me moving into another room....overall a pretty bad experience. Unfortunately I will be travelling to Brampton weekly and I don't think I will use this hotel again unless I have no choice.
Friendly and hospitableStaff very helpful and informative at front desk.Great value for the money.
Place was full of unruly and noisy kids there with families on a hockey trip.Sleep disrupted on several occassions.Hotek needs another elevator bank.Waits far to long.
