The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and entertainment.

Elevators a little slow :(

Good reviews, good rating, clean, convenient, affordable, the property was nicely presented, staff were courteous and pleasant. The room smelled good, was very clean, the beds were comfortable, there was a good selection of toiletries, a nice selection of tea and coffee. It was a hotel so there was some noise from outside the room and some noise from outside the hotel. We turned the heating system off as it was making too much noise but we till were comfortable.

The main reason we chose this hotel was for the slide in the pool for our kids. When we checked in, we were told that the slide has restricted hours based on the availability of a lifeguard. Therefore, for the hours that we were staying, the slide was closed. This was very disappointing for our three kids! The photo on the internet of the slide going into the pool was what made us make up our mind to stay at the Courtyard Marriott Brampton. There were no indications on the internet that the slide's hours of being open are restricted to certain very short times and days. These hours should be properly disclosed on the hotel's internet (or otherwise) advertising, or don't use that very enticing photo that lured our kids there and then disappointed them. Luckily Staff, Mathew, had a quick-recovery patch-up solution for a free in-room movie for the night.

The staff were wonderful when we asked to upgrade, also very friendly in general. The room was clean and had all the accessories available that one could need.

I have stayed at this hotel before and it has always been nice. The rooms are clean, internet connection was great and the beds comfortable. I didn't use any of the other dining or workout facilities so I can't comment on them. The pool area was nice with a 2 story water slide.

They are still finishing up some renovation and the room needed a little wallpaper and ceiling work. I wish they would have a continental breakfast included like most hotels.

I liked how the service was great starting from when you first walked in at the desk. The pool was clean, the beds were comforatable, the rooms very clean with a microwave and a fridge. It was great to have a little snack area to by essentials and treats for the kids. Having the movie theatre and Tim Hortons and Wendy's in the same plaza whom ever thought of that was brilliant. I will definately be staying at a Marriott again. There was a big hockey tounrament and a wedding the weekend we stayed there and security and the staff had everything under control. Thank you.

The air conditioner was very loud and it kept clicking on at night waking us up every time it came on.
