The house is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood on a street with nice old trees. The house is older but solid and well maintained. My room on the top floor was a bit small but quite comfortable and with a bathroom close-by. I appreciate the availability of a stove and fridge for my use downstairs. The provided parking spot was also appreciated. I met the owner-manager and she was very friendly and welcoming.

Stayed there for 5 nights. Only 10mins to downtown Vancouver in a quiet neighborhood. There was a small kitchen to share and the bathroom was right next door. Everything was clean and the room was big enough.
