The staff were really great especially assisting us with any info about the area we needed, very friendly and effective indeed, special mention to Bruce.

I enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and the design of the hotel. I also always use the kayaking rentals and the restaurants are always delicious. I'd have to say that the bed in my room seemed to be not as comfy or perhaps warn out with it's mattress system. The pillows also seemed very flat.

The staff was excellent and the facilities including the guest rooms and dining areas beautiful. Very attentive staff and very elegant surroundings. Not much to do around the area. The hotel was great but the area seemed a bit too residential. It would probably be best seen in the non-winter months.
