Had booked a room with 2 beds, but
was told that someone had specifically booked the one we should have gotten. Instead, got a room with a queen and a pull-out couch. For several hours, the restaurant/bar directly below our room had a door slamming constantly, plus there was a laundry room across the hall with doors opening and closing frequently. Spoke to restaurant owner about the door slamming (hydraulic door closer had failed)
and he gave me a small credit for not getting the room we thought we were getting, and for the noisy door. He assured me that he had a door repair fellow coming asap, which did happen, and the door became silent.
Room was clean, upgraded, very nice, nice view of the harbor front,
