welcoming and listening staff, we had an excellent room, facing the mountain, and with a balcony, two huge immaculate large beds, tea kettle and a good if simple breakfast nothing

Matress brand new very confortable Pool and mountain view advised Pool... renovation not accesible Mountain view ... street view with view of the mountain very far. You will not see Bromont just behind. Very desapointed

Enjoyed our stay, pool and spa, breakfast. It was a quick trip as we attended a Hockey tournament in Bedford. We spent a little time in the Village, but the sidewalks were not cleaned properly and a little slippery. Rose (My second stay... Sept 2011) One little comment... we missed not having Youghurt at breakfast.

Very clean hotel, even though we can see it's not brand new but it's ok! Pool, spa, bedroom, breakfast area, everything is been taken care of with much attention. Kind of noisy when you're at the end of a floor, near stairs.

Location. I hope someone reads this......... This is a very old hotel and is very poorly decorated. Looks like they got furniture from a few different designers. Broken tiles, stained carpets etc etc. etc. And to add insult to injury I paid $188.00 for a room they advertise on the wall behind the reception desk for $178.00. Will not retiurn there.

Reliably clean and comfortable. English speaking desk staff in a Quebecois dominated province. Little details need attention. Small (screw or nail?) holes in the walls where something else used to be attached. Wallpaper not properly attached at seams and peeling away.

Pool and hot tub was great and the room was clean and nice. We arrive early at the breakfast and we saw people with eggs but there wasnt enought for everyone ... not a lot of space at the breakfast to ...

I was upgraded to a junior suite, which was nice with in-room jacuzzi and fireplace. The place is overall a little run-down. The breakfast was sub-par, even though I had little expectations to begin with.

Excellent quality-price ratio, room was clean, quiet and spacious with very comfortable beds, nice pool and hot tub to relax a bit after a day of skiing at Bromont, great continental breakfast with many choices. Staffs are friendly and always willing to go extra miles for help. We loved our stay and will definitely come back.

Sa facilité à le trouver L'insonorisation pourrie, on se fait réveiller à 4h du matin par les voisins dont les lits mal accrochés donnent l'impression de coups de marteau dans le mur (heureusement cela a duré 30s), par contre, une fois réveillé, on entend leurs gémissements, bonjour l'intimité. Fenêtre donnant soit disant sur les montagnes, on ne l'a pas vue, par contre sur le parking oui. Spa indisponible, car l'hôtel semble en rénovation, il y a des tuyaux et des outils partout. Déjeuner laisse à désirer pour le prix, on s'attendait à au moins un déjeuner continental, il vaut mieux aller ailleurs.

Rien par rapport à un tres mauvais séjour. à notre arrivé on nous donnes une chambre dites d'un prix supérieure à celle que nous voulions car il y a rénovation. Je demeure pas loin et je prenais une chambre par loisirs avec ma copine. Dès 06hr le matin le bruit des travailleurs juste devant notre chambre et le bruit était tellement fort ( per çage de beton) que pour aller au déjeuner ça prends des earplugs. Insuportable. J'informe la réception et on m'informe que j'ai reçu un upgrade. Hey.., Insuportable le bruit ça vaux pas $130 même pas $50. J'avais congé, je voulais dormir. Le upgrade j'en avais même pas besoin, j'avais réservé mieux que ce qui m'a été offert avec un lit rond tres inconfortable. Les tenants de cet hotel ne mérites pas leur poste. Et j'espère que cela vous donne une idée de ce qu'ils sont. Ils ne m'ont rien offert, carte cadeaux, rabais ou autres. Méchante mauvaise expérience.
