Robe and tea kettle in room as requested In room dinner service quick and good tv did not work but maintenance was up in less than 5 minutes. Safety felt good. Underground parking

Would have preferred milk instead of creamers.

Very nice hotel, close to the Scotia Bank arena 20 bucks by cab to watch the nhl game. Apparently the nhl teams and broadcasters stay here, met a few which was nice. My major complaint is there are no restaurants in the hotel which offer a normal menu for everyday folks unless you like oxtail and other stuff at outrageous prices. Otherwise id stay there again. Oh and you have to order ice to your room so expect to pay for it with a tip.

Had booked three rooms and only one was ready by check-in. Had to wait about one hour for the second room and over one and a half hour to get the last room. Online booking did not mention parking was additional! All prices should be laid out up front.

Like that the Chicago Blackhawks stay there. Hotel is well kept & up to date.

check in took way to long. There was a long line up and we waited for 40 minutes. Way, way to long

The staff were very professional and engaging, even when there were problems they handled it promptly and courteously.

The bed was hard, so hard my son who does not have back problems , had a sore back after one night. Parking issues based on Christmas party bookings that they over booked leaving hotel patrons fighting for parking.

Very friendly & courtious staff. We were given upgraded room with balcony. Room was spotless.

Service at breakfast was not very good (very long) despite the fact that it wasn't crowded. The food when it came was good.

Location is great for Kanata, hotel security is good, rooms are attractive, rooms are a good size, parking garage is clean and very accessible, free paper left at the door every morning.

There was mold in the shower, beer cap and shredded paper left all three days we stayed there on the hallway floor, the pool was dirty, not enough chairs around the pool, no attendent in the workout facility, not enough front counter staff at check-in, there used to be a doorman and fresh fruit in bowls on each floor. Beds are now very hard, not comfortable.

Took way to long to get our room. It says check inn at 4 but we waited almost 2 hours to get into the room not convenient at all as we were going to the hockey game and came in from toronto so a bit of a pain having to kill 2 hours and needing to get ready for the game.
