Ease of location. Was near to all the places where we needed to go.
LARGE ROOM CLEAN QUIET
BED SHEETS ON KING BED ARE NOT ABLE TO TUCK UNDER THE MATTRESS AND MOVE ALL OVER. THEY ARE TOO SMALL. BREAKFAST NEEDS SOME PROTEIN LIKE EGGS AND A MEAT. ALSO DECAF COFFEE WOULD BE GREAT
Very cozy furnitures.its affordable and yet elegant ...enjoyed our stay..a little suggestion..hoy breakfast pls..ty
I love the warmth of this hotel it is so comforting the only regret I always arrive too late to enjoy it fully.
Not your typical lodging. Looks like an old style building but is new. Large comfortable room that was spotless. Best bathroom we have seen in a hotel. Large all marble with walk in shower. Very friendly staff, free parking and normal continental breakfast. The best part it's a couple hundred dollars cheaper than a similar room across the river in Montreal.
A bit inconvenient for Montreal, but it's only a few minute drive over the bridge. Nothing close. Suburban type Mall's and restaurants are a short drive.
...at the value for the price. Very classy, clean, and spacious. Only thing it lacks is a restaurant, but that is coming. This place is a real winner (and I'm picky!)
New facility, very friendly staff, spoke English well, very clean breakfast area, free newspapers in both languages
Noisy with morning traffic, next time will request room on other side of hotel
Staff was very friendly, room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Hotel interior and exterior very attractive looking as well as nice bathrooms. Great stay for the price.
Far from downtown area, which as a tourist I didn't know. Only complaint is that I expected more for the breakfast
I traveled to Montreal often and stayed at 5-Sar hotels before yet always find something negative but Hotel Brossard is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.. staff is phenomenal, especially Adolfo he became my buddy and the hotel is beautiful.
Nothing to dislike.
Ease. Of acess, spacious well furnished room, pleasing and courteous staff.
Faminshed breakfast. Non- availability of tea and snacks during day / night.
Spacious rooms and very clean.
Breakfast choice is limited.
Friendly staff Clean room Well appointed room
Hotel exit and entrance a little difficult to navigate; especially in rush hour as it is directly by the highway
a bit far from downtown Montreal
The king bed was awesome The decor - spanish style very appealing The quietness
The pillows were dreadful, lumpy and too high.
Friendly staff, free parking on site (hard to find at other hotels), large and pleasant building, busy enough to show you that you are in a sought-after hotel, large room (two well spaced king beds), well equipped and supplied bathroom, all very clean, good location (driving from Toronto) at the intersection of two major highways (no driving through the city streets) and a very good price.
Staying only one night.
The Hotel was exceptional on all fronts and the staff were friendly & pleasant. We did not experience any language barriers. Great stay!!
Nothing to report.
Hotel was clean and good staff. A modest breakfast but adequatell.
The room for the breakfast was too small for the size of hotel. I would have preferred that the hotel had a restaurant/bar in the facility.
The furniture in the room and the public areas in this hotel are absolutely exquisite - like a five-star hotel. Think of the hundreds of hotel rooms I have stayed in, this was the highest quality ever.
The breakfast was just OK.
Reception staff went out of their way to be helpful.
It was too difficult to get to. The highways and construction made it hard to find for someone unfamiliar with the area. The people across the hall were very noisy until after 11:00. Breakfast was not good for a gluten free person.
plenty of parking friendly, helpful staff
Breakfast is just okay, can get crowded
The location, the comfort, the kindness of the workers, the warmth of the administration people and of all the workers. The breakfast , so...everything !
Nothing..except the fact that i have to go after two nights !
I loved the over all feel of the hotel! The rooms were large, and decorated excellently! The bathrooms we spacious as very elegant! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.
I LOVED ALL OF THE THINGS!
The breakfast bar was a pleasant surprise as we hadn't known it was included.
The location was a bit tricky due to the traffic for the Champlain Bridge but it had an excellent exit to Highway 132.
Excellent value for money! Very nice and comfortable hotel with a room of superb quality
