Facilities were superb for the charged rate, very comfortable beds, staff very accommodating. Friday night drunks knocking on several doors (ours included) very late and shouting...very unbecoming for such a fine hotel, no fault of hotel staff.

very clean, very efficient. staff. Good location, just off the highway I prefer a hotel that has an exercise room in the hotel. After a full day of travel and work, I am not interested in "going down the road" to a club to exercise

Everything about the hotel and stay was great. When I went to the front desk to exchange U.S. dollars for Canadian so I could tip the cleaning people, the gentleman short changed me and it was difficult to communicate with him, so I didn't pursue it. It was only a dollar but I couldn't explain in french.

Very nice room. The actual reservation was only for 1 room while the initial reservation was made for 4 rooms. It did not match the confirmation email I was holding from Booking.com. Definitely a gap there as the hotel mentioned this happens often. Be careful if you make multiple room reservations here using Booking.com. Call the hotel directly.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. Excellent room and facilities. Free WIFI and internet is useful to obtain tourism information. Location is good also, not far from old Montreal area. Perfect for trip with car.

What a surprise! Not the greatest of locations when you first arrive but the room was superb. Obviously quite new and with everything you should ever need! We loved our room. What great value for money. We had a car which was great as I think, apart from getting a taxi, it would be hard to get into the centre of Montreal. With the car it was easy.

It was lovely and quite a treat. I am a single mom for 16 years and this was my first holiday solo. Felt like a princess and staff were amazing and very friendly. No dislikes.
