Very conveniently located.
We chose Mr. Hugh's room because it was advertised as a two room suite with fireplace, private entrance, and a shared bathroom, which seemed perfect for my husband and me and my elderly mother who was travelling with us. The photos looked appealing, showing a charming sitting area with wicker furniture, in a sun filled room. These furnishings were no longer there, when we arrived and were replaced with an odd assortment of uncomfortable wooden chairs assembled in front of a tiny flat screen TV, atop a small electric fireplace. The bathroom was off one bedroom, but not accessible from the other, which made for awkward, intrusive moments and there were steps to navigate to get there. To top it off, it had one tiny bar of soap! Fortunately, we found more soap in a disorderly closet in the suite which housed cleaning supplies, so helped ourselves. The beds were fine, with nice linens, but the floors felt gritty under our feet and the carpets obviously hadn't been vacuumed in some time. Needless to say, we were very disappointed with our rooms. There didn't seem to be anyone in the house other than the other guests until the following morning. We were not given the Wi-fi password and no one was around to ask. Breakfast was okay and we met a very nice couple who kindly showed us their room and the rest of the inn which was much, much nicer than Mr. Hugh's room. I would not recommend this room to anyone, but might consider staying in another room at Burke House Inn for our next visit to the Shaw Festival.
