Situation, Propreté, Confort des lits, Le petit déjeuner.

La personne à la réception voulais me charger plus cher que ce que j'avais réservé.Ma chambre avait déjà été payé par carte de crédit. La personne était très désagréable et pas du tout serviable. La pire expérience que j'ai eu dans un hotel!!!J'ai fait mon check out dimanche le 14 avril. Je ne suis pas sûr que je retournerai dans un Best Western tellement le service était pourri. Domage pour vous!!!

c'est a l'occasion du Stampede de Calgary que nous sommes descendus a cet hotel .le Stampede est une tres grande fete de l'Ouest Canadien ( Défilés en ville , Rodeos , Courses de Chariots de la Prairie Shaws' feux D'artifices etc...) Pour cette occasion l'hotel avait organisé des navettes pour se rendre sur les lieux de fete aux bonnes heures . Calgary est une ville ou les distances sont immenses.Nous avons beaucoup apprecié ce Service aux clients . Bon Hotel , niveau trois etoiles en France.

L'hotel a supprimé recemment son restaurant ! Nous avons pris nos repas .....au Radisson et au Holiday Inn tout proche ...!!

Lack of food options available.

The reservation I made was accurate, and the instructions to get the airport shuttle was good.

Even though it was marked as a non-smoking room, you could tell that prior guests disregard the sign as the room smelled of stale smoke. The distance to the airport is quite far away even though it is the Best Western Airport Inn. The rooms are very small and could use some upgrading as it appeared there was no upgrading done for some time.

Not far from the air port. Has pick up service from the air port. Nice breakfast. The room was clean.

Breakfast hours should be extended. It finished at 9:00 am after a long flight we would like to have slept in as check out is noon

The provided breakfast was superb; everything was cooked to perfection. The staff was very friendly. We could hear virtually no noise from our neighbors or any noise from the hall; wonderful…

The pool was wonderful, however, there were no towels provided at the pool. I was gathering things at the car and my husband went in to try to check in. They could not find our reservation and, initially, we're not particularly helpful.

Rooms were modern, updated and fresh. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast room was very pleasant.

It didn't seem that the bed was updated as the mattress was caved out/well worn

Staff were very professional. It was a clean hotel. Breakfast was extremely efficient and complete. Had a 3:05 am pickup to the airport for a 6 o'clock flight and the transportation was 100 %.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought it said on the web site that my credit card wouldn't be charged and only used to hold the room until a few days before arriving or the cancel date. My card was charged almost immediately. I would like clarification on your policy please?

Everything was good. The breakfast was very enjoyable and lots to choose from.

This hotel was awesome. Everything was really good. We had some key card problems which I have everywhere I go for some reason and I got no hassle from the staff which is rare in hotels now a days

Needs upgrading

Helpful staff. Particularly the free airport pick up at midnight was fabulous. After a very long day from Melbourne to Calgary. Breakfast was hearty.

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was large which we loved as we had our 2 grandchildren with us. We used the pool and thoroughly enjoyed it. The breakfast was ample and delicious. Thank you. We loved the shoe shiner packets.

Only minor complaints and we had to work hard to find any. The elevator is rather small, but we do recognize this is to be expected in an older hotel. The hot tub could use a little sprucing up and cleaning.

My wife, and I liked the fact that it was very clean. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was a big hit with us. I would recommend this best western to anyone. Thanks for your hospitality.

Had difficulty finding parking for a uhaul truck with trailer.

No pick up at the airport.. When I phoned for pickup I was told all service reps were busy and was put on hold... Had to pay for my own cab

Loved the breakfast! Travelling with vegetarian and celiac children. Lots of options for them. Rooms clean, comfortable and quiet. Friendly staff.

Hotel provides free shuttle from airport (20 min wait), but charges for return trip. Called an "airport hotel" but is located 20 min from airport.

This was just a stop-over for us, but if anyone was staying longer, there isn't much around it for restaurants.

The room was spacious and clean. Since it is an airport hotel, the breakfast was served from 6:00, which was very convenient.

We arrived at midnight, called from airport for hotel shuttle service, and they told we had to wait for 10 minutes. Then, they did not come. We made another phone call and they told us to pick up a cab (and they would pay). We were exhausted at midnight arrival and precise information should have been provided. The shuttle bus to the airport is only every hour even though it also looked like a taxi. Every half an hour is better.
