I like the lights in the room. They were bright. Nice breakfast. 部屋の灯りが白色で明るくて良かった。コンチネンタルブレックファストも美味しかった。 I felt that the parking lot didn't have enough width. It was hard to connect Wi-Fi with my iphone, ipod and extra cell-phone. 駐車場はあったが幅が狭かった。Wi-Fiにつなぐ時に、教えてもらっているパスワード等を入力しているにも関わらず繋げる事が出来なかった。

We just needed a place to stay before our next flight We were unable to get in contact with the shuttle service at 0130am in the morning and had to take a 30 dollar cab ride. How do you call it a airport inn when it is a 15-20 min drive to the hotel? The airport phone system seemed to have issues as we could here the front desk fellow talking to us,but couldn't hear us,plus our wait if the shuttle was able to come would have been upwards of 1/2hr.

The room was comfortable The airport pick up was really poor -- There were nin of us that came in on a flight from Mexico we all had light clothing -- shorts etc. We called the hotel a number of tinmes and each time was told that the wait time was ten minutes when it actually was close to forty minutes . We were all freezing I feel that this service was reallyt poor and would not recommend your airport hotel to anyone considering an overnight in Calgary nor would I stay with you again The manager did try to console me

Your website advertises free shuttle to and from the airport. You charge $5.00 for shuttle. How can you say free and then end up charging for it.

The people, specially the General Manager and the Chef Must be renovated, carpet on the floor at bedroom looks too old. Additionally, I didn't have my early check-out receipt under the door!, Really I never got a check-out receipt at all!, I had to leave so early and fast that didin't ask for it...

It was clean and tidy and quiet and reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful. I enjoyed the free shuttle ride to the airport. The young man driving the van was very pleasant and helpful.

Yesyour plac was good location your ad said shuttle service free pacrkingand no reservations required we gotthere and booked in and requsted shuttleservice then we were told we didnt reserve parking costing extra monie to our vacationi will never use this facilty again

It was an enjoyable stay at the Best Western Airport Inn. My purpose for staying, was due to a layover. The price was right. And the shuttle service made the short distance all that much more affordable. The room service from the neighboring Thai restaurant was excellent. And the complimentary hot breakfast was as good as I've seen anywhere else. I'd recommend for a quick, affordable and comfortable night stay.
