Playarea and pool especially for kids. Affordable and good breakfast served to 2 pm. Possibility for late check-out at 5pm for 20 CAD. Sound insulation could be better. Not a major problem though. Bit far (2 km) from the Niagara Falls and neighbourhood wasn't so nice. |

The staff was the best.They were eager to please and very friendly.The room was very clean and the children had a blast in the pool.Very prompt and friendly room service. Only the noise of a late partier but contacted a staff member and was dealt promply. |

Convenient to Shopping & Dining places We were placed on the first Flr where Swimming Pool is. We find it a noisy area, considering we donot want to go swimming. |

The hotel staff was extremely courteous - more so than many other hotels we have stayed at. The water park was also a big draw. |

Chambre très confortable et propre La préposée n'a pas donné le rabais CAA. Le total était le même que la préposée à l'arrivée m'avait donné à titre d'information. Le rabais n'était pas inclus dans le prix donné à l'arrivée car je n'avais pas dit que j'étais membre du CAA. On m'a dit que le rabais était inclus dans le prix lors du départ. J'ai mentionné que je n'avais jamais montré ma carte et cela n'a pas plu à la préposée. |
