The price offered through Booking.com was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. The service and food were very good at the restaurant. However; there was a hair in our pizza. The hallways smelled like smoke.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean. Check in/out was quick and easy. Parking was a bit of an issue - the lot was quite full and there was only one spot left when I arrived back at around 10:30pm at night. I have a large car and the spacing between spots is tight.

My husband and I choose Best Western plus Cairn Croft hotel initially for the price point and we were not disappointed. The service and the room met our expectations. We needed a time away from our busy lives. The location was a bit of a walk from the Falls which was a big plus as we walked and talked for 3 days. The room was clean and very comfortable. Over all we had a very positive experience and we will be back. The only complaint we had was that it was a bit noisy in the halls first thing in the morning. My husband was disappointed that the room did not have a safe.

The Cairn Croft is a resort style hotel, with the most comfortable beds on earth. The swimming pool area is very family friendly amongst lush tropical trees and flowers. Along side the pool they offer a wonderful little cafe restaurant and a great area for children to play. No need to leave the hotel. I highly recomend this hotel to people with families. Regardless of all the children staying at the hotels the hallways were quite and peaceful. Best night's sleep ever.

Unique touches like a distinctive lobby with a pet parrot, hand-painted details on the walls, etc give this hotel a lot of character. The staff were very courteous and helpful and the room was very clean. Room was fairly basic, but good value for the money. Certainly clean and comfortable, just not extravagant.

I did not like that there was a second door attached to our room that let to a back alley. As two females traveling, it made me deal unsafe. Not to mention that the door's deals were broken and let a lot of cold air in. The hotel was far too boisterous and loud. I would never stay in the courtyard again.

I have been to Niagara many times, staying in hotels from five stars to cheaper hotels, and this one is by far the best. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. My family enjoyed the stay The price is excellent.

We enjoy staying at your hotel, and the courtyard area is our main attracting factor. We enjoy that the hotel is off the beaten path of tourist craziness, yet close enough to get to anything within a 5 minute drive. We are glad to see you recently upgraded, adding a new wing with fitness area and restrooms. Our only complaint was that there were fellow guests who did not consider other guests when they continued to 'party' after the 11pm courtyard closing time. I would like to have seen this group of hockey families, who obviously were traveling as a large group (10+ families) that they needed to remember your rules about quiet time. Luckily, after a complaint call to the front desk, your security reps were quick to remind them that it was quiet time at 12am.

This is a resort style-hotel for the whole family in Niagara Falls. Even if you don't leave the hotel the experience is wonderful. The pool area has food, drinks even a movie screen. What more do you need?

Comfortable beds, clean room, excellent on line price for New Years day. Pool and hot tub area. Had to walk through the lobby to get to the pool area. Would have preferred an alternate route.

I love the pool area. It is great if you have small children. Lots to keep them happy. There is a lounge by the pool so parents can enjoy themselves also. The beds were very comfortable.

Staff very helpful in all aspects during our stay. Room nice and spacious, clean. Room was near ice machine and elevators and was a bit noisy at times. However we did not specify not to be near this location and it was an impromtu stay.

I loved the pool area. It was really relaxing. The pool temperature was nice and warm. I would go back just for the pool. The poolside bar/dining wasn't open most of the times we were down there. I was a little disappointed about this as I was looking forward to enjoying this unique feature.
