-complimentary coffee -bed was comfortable -having a fridge and microwave in room
-room was sooooooooooo cold!!!!!!!!!!!! -no program guide on tv -pool water was FREEZING -smell of chlorine was so strong I started coughing.
nice clean room very good breakfast quiet
Bed was hard as a rock. To be in the bathroom and hear the guy in the next room urinating was gross. Noisy hallways as you could hear all kind of noise. ( telephones ringing, door slamming. Breakfast was poor quality and the help didn't seemed to concerned with keeping stocked and fresh.
The staff was very accommodating. Hotel was clean.
The pool was ice cold. Not able to swim in it for longer than 5 min - kids lips turned blue. Breakfast was very busy and had to ask for almost everything and it was only 7 am !!! Out of yogurt , fruit, bread, ... And when asked she only put out 4 individual yogurts ( we were a family of 6) and there were other families waiting and had to ask after us ...
Noisy refrigerator. Heat control took long time to cool room at night.
Breakfast exceeded our expectations. Room was great, Wi-Fi was was consistent and fast. Lots of parking, easy check-in.
Bed was very hard.
Breakfast was ok, pool was too cold, but hot tub was excellent!! The room was great...no complaints!!!!
The staff at the front desk was friendly, the breakfast is a bit sad, but he rooms were cleaned on time. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
Breakfast could be better.
Had trouble getting comfy with the pillows! Aside from that, the facility was fine. I have no complaints.
We overall liked our stay on all accounts.
By the time we got to breakfast at 930 or 945 there was no place to sit.
I liked that this location had a pool and hot tub. Also I liked that the location was close to food/restaurants etc.
When we entered our room it looked neat and clean but when went to the washroom and lifted the toilet seat it was DIRTY and disgusting. I'm not sure what went wrong there but apparently the person who was supposed to clean the toilet definitely missed that.
They did everything possible to help me when I took sick from finding a drug store to getting me fluids
I had a bit if a hard time finding the road which is off Prospect, a small street
Room had everything: refrigerator, microwave, wifi, great bed, nice furnishings. Free parking. Great pool, hot tub, and sauna.
Farther from downtown Toronto than Irrealized.
Out of my 4 days 3 night stay I went a hole half of day without water. I don't know what happened here but I woke up to no water and it was later on in the afternoon before it was restored. I think the hotel should've compensated me in some short of way for there inconvenience to me. That took almost a hole day out of my short stay in canada.
We were traveling through Toronto and this was a convenient stop-over right off of 401. The hotel is near a very large mall and lots of restaurants.
Bathroom appeared freshly painted.Sink, tub & tiles were in excellent shape. Coffee & Tea in the room is hard to get these days & was greatly appreciated. We like to have a mini fridge when we travel, so that was good too. King room size was very nice.
We requested feather pillows. Not sure if they were feather or not, but they were too big for our necks. Some smaller/thinner pillows would be appreciated in the future, otherwise we will bring our own. We would have preferred milk/cream containers rather than the powdered stuff. We stopped at a convenience store & bought milk for the am.
the room was fine check in was easy hot tub was nice pool nice but murky
the sign at pool stating "no diaper aged children in pool "disgusting, why not say swim diapers must be worn!! duvet with no cover as won't be changed when sheets are, very insanitory, I have never seen this before in any hotel ineffective cleaning as found something from previous guest sauna was not hot
The pool and the Jakuzy.
Lovely room, comfortable bed
room clean enough
no room in the dinning room at breakfast too small people yelling in the hallway at 2 and 3 am in the morning not enough breakfast to feed all the guests
We stayed at 3 hotels during our trip and BWPE was the best of the 3 . The front desk staff were really pleasant and helpful and facilitated a room change when our tv reception failed, So near Scarborough Mall and transport links to downtown Toronto, The only hotel to offer free parking.
location and breakfast
It was only a 6 minute drive to the Zoo from there..hot tub and pool were very kid friendly and the a/c was frigid ( just the way we like)
Only thing I didn't like was had nothing to do with the hotel.. The QEW traffic was agitating at any time of day..but it always is in Toronto
A surprise and it worked! Could have used a privacy screen. Room very comfortable.
No privacy screen for the hot tub.
