We overall liked our stay on all accounts.
By the time we got to breakfast at 930 or 945 there was no place to sit.
I liked that this location had a pool and hot tub. Also I liked that the location was close to food/restaurants etc.
When we entered our room it looked neat and clean but when went to the washroom and lifted the toilet seat it was DIRTY and disgusting. I'm not sure what went wrong there but apparently the person who was supposed to clean the toilet definitely missed that.
They did everything possible to help me when I took sick from finding a drug store to getting me fluids
I had a bit if a hard time finding the road which is off Prospect, a small street
Room had everything: refrigerator, microwave, wifi, great bed, nice furnishings. Free parking. Great pool, hot tub, and sauna.
Farther from downtown Toronto than Irrealized.
Out of my 4 days 3 night stay I went a hole half of day without water. I don't know what happened here but I woke up to no water and it was later on in the afternoon before it was restored. I think the hotel should've compensated me in some short of way for there inconvenience to me. That took almost a hole day out of my short stay in canada.
We were traveling through Toronto and this was a convenient stop-over right off of 401. The hotel is near a very large mall and lots of restaurants.
Bathroom appeared freshly painted.Sink, tub & tiles were in excellent shape. Coffee & Tea in the room is hard to get these days & was greatly appreciated. We like to have a mini fridge when we travel, so that was good too. King room size was very nice.
We requested feather pillows. Not sure if they were feather or not, but they were too big for our necks. Some smaller/thinner pillows would be appreciated in the future, otherwise we will bring our own. We would have preferred milk/cream containers rather than the powdered stuff. We stopped at a convenience store & bought milk for the am.
the room was fine check in was easy hot tub was nice pool nice but murky
the sign at pool stating "no diaper aged children in pool "disgusting, why not say swim diapers must be worn!! duvet with no cover as won't be changed when sheets are, very insanitory, I have never seen this before in any hotel ineffective cleaning as found something from previous guest sauna was not hot
The pool and the Jakuzy.
Lovely room, comfortable bed
room clean enough
no room in the dinning room at breakfast too small people yelling in the hallway at 2 and 3 am in the morning not enough breakfast to feed all the guests
We stayed at 3 hotels during our trip and BWPE was the best of the 3 . The front desk staff were really pleasant and helpful and facilitated a room change when our tv reception failed, So near Scarborough Mall and transport links to downtown Toronto, The only hotel to offer free parking.
location and breakfast
It was only a 6 minute drive to the Zoo from there..hot tub and pool were very kid friendly and the a/c was frigid ( just the way we like)
Only thing I didn't like was had nothing to do with the hotel.. The QEW traffic was agitating at any time of day..but it always is in Toronto
A surprise and it worked! Could have used a privacy screen. Room very comfortable.
No privacy screen for the hot tub.
Free breakfast although they could have better options. Free wi-fi.
We didn't like the unpleasantries of the majority of the hotel staff. Some were rude. There were times when we would call for service and all we got was we'll be there in 5 minutes and they never came. The pool water wasn't always clean. Hot tub wasn't working and elevator was out of order at one point. And I almost got ran over by a guest as I was crossing the parking lot.
Bigger room and comfortable bed.
Smelling is bad.
Not very much, front desk could not provide the same service for ticket purchases as your Cambridge hotel.
The curtains blew out all night even though the fan was off. Cleaning staff had forgotten to check the clock and the alarm went of at 5:45 waking us and our 4 year old grandson up. When I went to get into bed there was some type of gritty substance in it.
Smelled musty beds were hard hot tub was out of order
Clean and spacious room Good location, close to highway Decent price, for including breakfast Breakfast was decent
Breakfast staff was not very polite Garbage can was overflowing in back of hotel Annoying wifi sign-in every couple hours The breakfast room was too small, and it wasn't clear where the overflow room was
Pool area was very dirty
Place seemed like it needed some maintenance. Walls in our room was a bit scuffed up and dirty. Also saw the same a few other places in the hotel.
Clean room. Nice stuff. Comfortable beds.
I loved it all. Breakfast was great, location was good and the staff were excellent. if I was to return to Toronto I will definitely go back there.
