I would of wanted a room at the back of the hotel instead of the front because their was too mush noise due to Robin Donut's and the convenient store with the bikers in the midle of the night rinsing their motor

Your location was very convenient for our needs. We also liked that it was close to a Bear creek Park. The pool and hot tub where a great way to start and end the day. There was a great variety at breakfast. Staff were very friendly.

Unfortunately we could hear the noise of the water being used from the surrounding suites, especially when they ran the faucets or showers. On our third night, a number of your other guests arrived home late and our elderly mother was disturbed by the voices and banging of doors and the running of water. (She was in the living room area of our suite) We did not hear it, as we were in the sleeping area.

Staff were excellent,When we told the staff were celebrating our anniversary, the young lady upgraded our room at no extra charge. The continental breakfast was excellent.There was eggs bacon, make your own waffles cereal, muffins bagels, toast, fruit, juice, coffee, tea. The pool was nice for a quick swim, fresh towels supplied. Hot tub also was nice.

There wasn't anything that we did not like about our stay.

Efficiency and friendliness

Nice room, pool and hottub! Beds were very comfortable and staff were fantastic! Location convenient to shopping and park. Very resonably priced for all that was provided.

Windows were very dirty and it would have been nice to have the ability to rent movies from TV.

The best part of this hotel were 2 employees. Jenni-Lyn at the front desk was friendly, warm and informative. She offered us ideas of great tourist destinations and often asked about our adventures upon returning to the hotel. The second employee served us breakfast each day we were there. Unfortunately, I do not know her name, but she was friendly and keep the dining area clean and organized.

The pool was very small and we found the neighbouring room very noisy.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and I have, generally, always been pleased with the service and value. Unfortunately, on my most recent stay I was unable to get a decent wifi signal and that affected my ability to get some work done in the privacy of my own room.

The staff was quite friendly. The hotel had easy access from the Highway.

The rooms were very small, my husband I are big people and we found the bed very small for both of us. The living room was dark.
