Very nice staff. Nice to have breakfast. Slow check-in after a very long drive. Woken many times during the night and early morning with people down by the elevator.

This the second time we have stayed at this property and it is still a great value. The breakfast has improved and the location and staff are outstanding. We were able to bring our grand children over to use the hotel pool and this was a great plus and our kids enjoyed themselves. Keep up the good work. We will definently be back As stated above everyone was outstanding except for the day manager on check out. The clerk serving us was great but the manager had a attitude, was not friendly and definetly did not want to be there. He should choose another occupation

The price was acceptable for my 4 night stay, and the inclusion of breakfast, parking, and internet was favorable. The work out room and pool/hot tub was also a plus. Access was a little difficult to figure out at first, and the walls were a bit thin at the adjoining doors - I could hear my neighbor coughing all night long.

it was convenietly located to all facilities. The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were comfy and clean. Also an excellent continental breakfast. Actually there isn't really anything negative I can say about the stay.

Many amenities are included such as breakfast, indoor pool/hot tub, microwave in the room, etc. The staff was very friendly and courteous. For the price, it is a very good deal and I would definitely stay here again.

Liked the location ... close to everything we needed and enjoyed having coffee available, and little breakfast ... also staff was very friendly and helpful, appreciate that Hallway very dirty (ugly stains on carpet) ... also said would have small refrigerator in room, but did not deliver (even tho the lady said it would have a refrigerator in the room) ..disappointed about that (ad in brochure says microwave and refrigerator in all rooms) Other visitor said another ad says "some" have them. Ads should be more consistent and not promise things that they cant deliver.

Friendly staff at reception. Room was very clean Our room didn't get cleaned until the end of the day. We were out from early morning to late afternoon and room wasn't cleaned. Wasn't good that we would have to sit around while room was getting cleaned so in the end we just asked for clean towels.

Staff took time to be friendly and helpful, e.g. helped with directions and advice on best places to go for our shopping needs. Water pressure in the showers was very high, and htis made them noisy - we could hesr others in use.
