I liked the front dest staff who wre pleasnt and went out of their way to help some other people. Clean had a nice flavor to eat. Missed the boiled eggs |

The hotel was in a good region, had a pool and hot tub and free breakfast. Takes about 40 minutes to get to downtown Vancouver. Noise in the halls in the morning. |

Relatively clean and secure. Would like to suggest having a variety of pillows available. Bedding (comforters) were not the cleanest and optional blankets were not available. Air conditioning / heating units were quite noisy - this was my second visit to the hotel. |

Spacious, clean comfortable room, top floor towards the back, was quiet, with no road noise. There was a good choice for breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends, and would use this as a base again. Value for money. |

Our car was parked in the car private hotel parking and was broken in by thieves at night together with other 3 more cars despite de safety cameras. The hotel staff was not surprised and did not empathize at all with us. Very disappointing. The police told as that this happens every night in this areas. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone before they solve this secury major issue. |
