Rooms are great..!! Specially the matresses on your beds ! GREAT COFFEE MACHINE ! VERY QUIET !

There was not much "hot water" for the shower...water was rather on the "cool side"

It was a business trip, the location of the hotel was practical and the fact that Best Western offers the possibility of accumulating Aeroplan/Air Canada miles is a definite important advantage and determining factor for my choice. The staff at the hotel was particularly courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.

I would have preferred a better balanced menu at the restaurant on the premises, but I do not mean to say that it was not adequate the way it is, but simply that it could be improved.

Excellent service from the personnel.

It was really nice having the Jacuzzi and pool after a long drive. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and our room was nice. Continental breakfast would have been nice. We utilized the work out room. It was adequate. It would be easier on the user if the equipment faced the tv. Also, the water dispenser does not work properly...The water dispenses very slow. This is nothing major, but could be improved. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying if we are in Drummondville again.

Clean hotel. Good helping staffs.

The bed was very comfortable and all was quiet so that I could sleep even though I knew there was a wedding going on in the building and most of the guests were staying at the hotel.

The only thing was that my Mom's room got changed 2 times during our stay so that the wedding guests wouldn't wake them in the middle of the night.

Quality of food at restaurant is well below standard, actually using "canned" food for salad nicoise (canned salmon) and seafood pizza (canned shrimp, fake crab etc...)

The staff was excellent and the room was very comfortable. It fitted a need as a place to stop off on a trip to northern Ontario.

Location was important and easy to go on and off the trans canada.

Le bouchon du bain ne faire pas bien,alors impossible de prendre un bain prolongé. Aussi téléviseur archaïque.

Malgré le fait que l'hotel était à sa pleine capacité, il y avait un calme impressionnant! Nous avions la première chambre près de la porte de côté et nous n'avons entendu aucun bruit !!! Impressionnant ! On entendait ni les gens circuler ni les gens parler! Merveilleux!

Le confort était très bien, mais j'aurais apprécié avoir un petit refrigérateur dans la chambre.
