Rooms are great..!! Specially the matresses on your beds ! GREAT COFFEE MACHINE ! VERY QUIET !

There was not much "hot water" for the shower...water was rather on the "cool side"

The beds were very comfortable.

There was a big congress going on with lots of noisy kids running around late at night. Had I known that fact, I would have asked for a second floor room. On top of this, there was a toddler who kept calling my room at 6 am asking for her grandparents. It felt like the kid was left alone in the room and was also calling Reception Desk. The Reception Desk finally got hold of the people responsible for the kid and the phone stopped ringing in my room. I know it's not the hotel's fault, but even though I was annoyed, I was also concerned for the kid. Who in the wolrd can leave a 3 year old kid alone in an hotel room !!

The room was excellent. Bed comfortable. Coffee machine very welcome. Pool very welcome. Breakfast fantastic. All in all we had an excellent stay.

My children loved it, the room was very welcoming and the kids asked if we could make it permanet stop over driving to and from the Maritimes. They and I really enjoyed everything. The matron was very helpful in getting me a razor and other necessities I had forgotten. The pool and hot tub were very nice as well. I really liked the late check in and out. I didn't feel rushed to leave in the morning.

Hotel does not have a restaurant nor are there any restaurants or shops within sight or walking distance. No exhaust fan in bathroom!?!

The bed was very comfortable and all was quiet so that I could sleep even though I knew there was a wedding going on in the building and most of the guests were staying at the hotel.

The only thing was that my Mom's room got changed 2 times during our stay so that the wedding guests wouldn't wake them in the middle of the night.

Drummondville was a just a nice day's drive for us on our way to a family vacation in Mont Tremblant. We met our daughter and her family there also and had a nice evening together before they had to drive on Toronto the next day and we went on to Mont Tremblant. It was very family friendly and I liked the fact that the parking lot was very accessible to the hotel.

Quiet and comfort.

Front desk people need to relax a little - a minor point - but they need to be more sensitive to "match" the mood of a guest. I arrived with a headache and looked the part but was immediately asked if I were enjoying my stay. I had checked in 2 minutes before!

The staff was excellent and the room was very comfortable. It fitted a need as a place to stop off on a trip to northern Ontario.

Location was important and easy to go on and off the trans canada.

Comfort & amenities of the room - especially the bathroom. Quiet rooms; friendly staff and proximity to highway. I applaud the staff in how they handled the fact that the hotel did not have any record of my reservation when I arrived. After seeing my printed booking confirmation, they simply looked in a binder of internet bookings and all was cleared up right away.

There was only 1 elevator for both hotel guests and hotel staff - this lead to problems in the morning when rooms were being cleaned. I would suggest a room spray specific for smoker rooms be used. I just left the door open & bought a room spray.
