I left very early in the morning (3 am), and noticed that someone had vomited in the hallway during the night, just down the hall from my room. There was also vomit residue in the elevator. It did not affect my stay; but I'm wondering why the night staff was not aware of, or respond to this problem? Guests deserve better than to be greeted in the morning by vomit left by an obviously ignorant person.
I was offered an upgrade to a King Suite prior to arriving, at a very reasonable rate. Excellent Value!! I am an Anglophone, with little competence in French, and the front desk person recognized that immediately and was completely fluent in English. Much appreciated. The bed was great!
