Score from 925 reviews Excellent
Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean, the appearance of the room made me feel really relaxed
The bed wasn't very comfortable, thin walls ( heard every time next door was running water ), would have loved darker curtains
Large room nice and cauzt
Fare to walk around down town to cold in winter
Very friendly staff. They were so helpful in every way. Thanks so much.
Friendly staff, clean room, good wi-fi access. A malfunctioning toilet was quickly remedied.
Poor heating system meant I was usually cold.
The bed was very comfortable. The wifi was very fast. The staff were courteous.
The room was incredibly small with poor positioning of TV and terrible sink placement in the bathroom. Houskeeping did not come to arrange our room during our 2 night stay. Valet parking was $25 per night which makes the value for the price just average.
The location is super close to McGill university and we could walk to the Campus welcome centre. Staff was accomodating by storing our luggage the morning of our tour with Valet service. The Valet gentlemen were efficient in calling taxis and directing our whereabouts.
The TVs did not work in the fitness centre
Location and service
Size of room
nice big clean rooms at a reasonable price, location to BellCenter awesome...good food served...excellent place ...
1 cab driver but thats not Best Western fault ...not 1 thing I disliked at the hotel itself,,
Bon resto libanais "Zawedeh"! Excellent service!
$25.00 per day for parking
Excellent stay. Top of the line comfort. Friendly, helpful staff and the Habs won!
The location is perfect...staff couldn't be more helpful.
The bathroom was AMAZING
Could only hook up 2 devices to wifi. With two people, each with a phone and a lap top, a little bit of a pain.
We got to check in early, and the valet service was excellent.
Our room was facing the main street, so it was a little noisy sometimes.
Location and comfortable bed
The hotel was overpriced considering you don't get breakfast or any other perks. The added parking fee is a lot as well.
Location, staff, valet service great.
Age of decor/rooms a bit dated
very walkable location from which to explore Old Montreal and see a Habs game
parking - even out front - can be busy
staff was very helpful, it was very comfortable, I was able to park securely
The staff was eager to help. Both counter and Valet.
No plastic bag for ice bucket both nights.
Location. Nothing else.
I've stayed in bed-bug ridden hostels to 5-star hotels around the world, never have I had as bad service as I had at this hotel. Arrived on New Years Eve. I sat in the car outside while my wife went in. She had to queue 30 mins to get service - all she asked for was parking, she was completely refused because she didn't make the booking and was told to get me. My wife!?! Fast forward another hour. After I parked up (in another car park) and queued up, we finally got to check in. The staff member at the desk made us sign a contract like we were away for spring break. Then slapped a non-removable bracelet on our wrists, citing it was for security reasons. My wife and I were attending a formal ball that evening and had the embarrassment of having a hospital style wristband on our arm. We paid for a mid-level hotel and got a summer camp experience. To make matters worse, it was plastered with the hotel's logo and address. Their marketing department needs to talk to their customer relations department. Having a room key is not enough, right? Need to get the brand out there at all costs... Final example of their awful service.. the WiFi was playing up so we rang down to reception. The receptionist answered, my wife explained the issue, to which he replied "I'm in a bit of a pickle now, very busy, ring back in 10 minutes". Furious (as surely it's fundamental customer service to call the customer back if that's the case), we went downstairs to reception, there were 3 people behind it and not a single customer there. Unbelievable. First and last time staying in a 'Best' Western. Terrible
localización servicio y confort
staff was excellent all around
Near main streets and buildings.
Valet parking rather expensive, and our car came back with a broken bumper. Hair all over the sheets. Windows aren't sound-proof; we were woken by traffic all night.
Room door closed loudly so banging from other rooms could be heard.
Hotel staff, restaurant and store member were so kind and location was absolutely nice. Cleaning was perfect and cost performance's good.
Next room was noisy, but it's because of new year's celebration.
