Score from 961 reviews Very good
An indoor pool, a gym and a sundeck are located on the roof at this Montréal, Québec hotel. Modern suites provide full kitchen facilities and Mcgill University is 950 meters away.

central good staff
A permanent, acute noise in the room did not allow us to rest well. The hotel could not help.
Hotel location within a short walking distance to the Museum of Fine Arts.
Staff on the front desk were very professional an courteous whilst at the same time as being extremely busy. My room was very comfortable and in a good state of decoration. I would definitely stay here again for leisure. I was on the 17th floor and the lifts were quick in comparison to some hotels in Montreal I've stayed in.
The guest room doors seemed to slam a lot and could benefit from being sprung. But this was a minor irritation.
Clean and comfortable room. Restaurant was good and café great. Staff go above and beyond especially concierge Mike. Good location.
The room exceeded my expectations. Very spacious, very clean, with the most comfortable beds and pillows I've had in along time. location was very central within walking distance to everything.
Parking was expensive. would have been better value if parking was included with price or if there was complimentary breakfast.
Excellent location, next to McGill University, blocks away from the arts district and not far from shops and restaurants in the heart of downtown. Staff were especially friendly and helpful
Facilities need a bit of upgrading
The room, bed and cleanliness were great. Location to downtown eateries awesome. The General Manager, Mr. Zikry, was so personable. Obviously cares about what he does and hires staff who emulate him.
Have to have patience due to off-site parking, but many downtown city hotels have the same issue.
Staff is always very friendly, they remember your name! Breakfast is great in the little cafe.
Location Decor and cleanliness Staff were acommodating
Pricey - a lot of money per night plus parking fees Over priced cafe
Very comfortable bed, clean washroom.
The rate was a bit high for what I got.
Fantastic hotel location and staff were very friendly.
Staff were great
Location close to Saint Catherine St., excellent restaurants and metro.
All the taxes on the hotel room.
exterior is not too attractive
The proximity to McGill where I was attending a function.
The extra $15 to leave my car until 3 pm. $25 was enough in parking fees.
Its location is very good
Internet connection is very poor.
The hotel is in a great location. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff including the valet service and the little shop was outstanding. We felt comfortable and secure and would definitely recommend this hotel.
Our room was next to the elevator. We could hear it running throughout the night and it was enough to disturb sleep.
That you Withdrew money for insurance from my account
Nothing specific to mind.
No wi-fi available on 1st day..however maybe outside control of hotel.
The staff was very friendly, especially the hostess in the restaurant. The location was fantastic, everything was in walking distance.
Although, if you need your car... when you arrive they will tell you that the valet requires 10 minutes notice to retrieve your vehicle. They should say an hour. If you are on a schedule this is very important advice. The rooms definitely need more attention, there are pretty obvious areas that need cleaning, I suggest the staff sit in a room for a minute and look around, extremely dusty corners and vents, walls also need some attention, hopefully it was just my room.
Mike at the concierge was very friendly and helpful.
Pretty pricey for a best Western. I don't really care where it's located. I paid less at the Sheraton wall centre in Vancouver the weekend before.
Nice and big room Windows that could open (a little) to feel and smell downtown!
Staff not always focus on you and that let you wait a bit too long for unseekable reasons (none?).
Excellent service. Caring staff.
Upon our arrival at the hotel, we asked on which floor was the swimming pool. We were told that there wasn't one. We weren't told until our departure that the hotel had a partnership with the YMCA.
Love the comfort of the beds, the location.
The people I travelled with had a room next to ours. I had recommended the hotel having stayed there before. My friend found a clump of hair on the sheets of her bed and mentioned it as we checked out. I was embarrassed.
