Best Western PLUS Coquitlam Inn Convention Centre  

I liked everything about the facilities. The friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, the location which was great for what I required.

The only thing I didn't like was the noise from the room above me and the kids running around and making more than necessary noise in the hallways. I had occasion to stay at a Best Western in Belliingham with my sisters the weekend previous to this one and the problem was the same. I guess in my future stays with the Best Western I will have to request a room on the top floor of the facilities to avoid noises from above.

Generally everything was very good.

It would have been nice to have a light simple continental breakfast.

I was able to look out the window and see my vehicle wasn't being tampered with. Enjoyed being able to walk to an eatery and enjoy the food (The Pantry), it was delicious and very budget conscientous.

The staff was excellent ! comfy rooms wifi a plus.

lilttle expensive for suburbia,rooms backing crt yard smelled like clorine from pool. Pantry very slow,and liqour store in lot very tacky.

We were attending a funeral and they staff was exquisite and even upgraded us to make our stay more comfortable considering our events. We were very grateful and appreciative of the kindness. The restaurant was wonderful too. Great steak dinner. thank you

The ease of traveling into Vancouver via Sky Train. The closeness to good restaurants. Nice pool and spa area. Only one evening we were able to use the pool, due to large numbers of children scampering about. Some were actually crawling out of various rooms.

We were disappointed in the inconvenience of looking for a place to dine on Christmas Day. The Pantry was closed and Rockwells' was serving a buffet at the hotel that was way over priced. $50.00 plus dollars per person. On December 26th Rockwells' was closed, even though the sign on it's door indicated it was open. On Thursday evening we were attempting to rest while a noisy party was being held poolside. Several screaming children ran past our room pounding on our window. The staff had to be deaf not to hear the continuous racket. We were also treated to the constant sound of footsteps, toilet flushing, and loud shower noise from the room above us.

Refrigerator was so noisy it woke me up every time it cycled. Most aggravating was finding out they had charged a security deposit to my visa card for $150. When I found it on my bank statement and questioned them they said my bank would refund it in 3-10 days!! Then they tried to tell me most hotels in north america charge this fee. Having traveled extensively and having been a member of the Oregon Lodging assn. I know that is not accurate. This hotel is a black eye to the Best Western system......

Close to where we wanted to be.

Room 245 has no windows! Unless you count the one that looks out into the corridor. Makes for a sense of confinement.

This was a comfortable hotel with good facilties such as restaurants and swimming pool. Situated very near Sky train terminal which gives quick and easy access to downtown.

There wasn't anything I disliked.

Had a very comfortable feel to it, nice indoor pool and hot tub, and easy parking at no extra cost.

la sauna é sempre spenta per portarla in temperatura, viste le dimensioni occorrono più di un'ora e mezza.

Er stond echter geen Kinderbedje klaar op de kamer, maar bij aangeven bij de balie, was het personeel erg snel met het leveren van het kinderbedje en daarna een waterkoker bij de kamer. Personeel was zelfs net zo snel op de kamer als wij. Ontbijt was prima. Leuk zwembadje in het midden van het hotel.

Confusion over how my partner could pick up the door car when I had checked in but left the buildling.

We were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost. Room was comfortable and clean. Facilities and amenities were very good. Location was central to our purposes.

Accessing and leaving property was difficult at times.
