Convenient to the airport for an early morning flight rather than having to drive in from out of town. Courteous shuttle service to the airport. |

The staff was courteous and helpfull, prices were reasonable, the room was ample and clean. The hotel is located too far away from down-town. When trying to reach the hotel, one best not confuse DixiE Road (situated nearby) with DixoN Road (a good reference point) for this may cause needless wandering. |

Close to the airport Continental Breakfast could be better, just coffee or tee, but nothing for kids, all vending machines (all floors) out-of-order |

the white sheets I booked a 2 bed room, only got one bed. There was no ice, no water bottle or drink machines and breakfast was served from 3:30-7 am...unheard of. Poor non nutritious breakfast ..was a dessert snack with sweet buns, coffee and tea only. No yogurt , no fruit, no milk or cereal, no juice, no omelet or peanut butter and no toast. |

We stayed there to connect to the airport the following morning. The shuttle took us right to our departure area. |

I had booked to return some 5 days later and the hotel agreed to hold some luggage. This was a great help and much appreciated. I had booked a smoking room. On arrival no smoking room was available. |

Helpfulness of front counter staff, spotless room, comfy bed and good pillows Hotel was excellent, however the food in the attached Greek Restaurant was poor, to the point we did not finish our meal. |

Free bus shuttle service was efficient and the drivers were very helpful The continental breakfast could have done with less sugary items. They could have provided some basics like toast and cereal. |
