The service was great, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. We all had a great sleep after a long day on the road.

I liked that the men's and women's dorms were separate. I also liked the fact that the late ferry arrivals were segregated from the early ferry departures. It made for a much better night's sleep.

Great location, close to shops/trails and v. quiet. Extremely helpful staff gave us lots of local information and booked taxi for us before we left as shuttle service not available.

Communal rooms in hostel v. cold with hard stone floors. Building could do with a thorough clean, lots of cobwebs/dust/stray hairs etc. No privacy, odd vibe. "No fish frying!" "No cooking after 9pm" signs on fridge. Showers/toilets by front desk (which was always manned) and some distance from rooms. Not the place to come if you want to be social or meet other travellers.

Very nice set-up. Bedside tables. Tables and chairs in the rooms. Cleaner and nice feeling than the other Hostel in the area.

Showers felt a little dirty, wearing some shoes in it felt a lot safer.
