For a quick overnight stay the Comfort Inn was close to the airport and family and within our price range.

Very close to the airport, shuttle to airport included, quiet I arrived with 4 bags, and the person at the front desk did not even get up from the desk to help- I had to carry them in on a cart and it was hard to get over the lip in the door. I did have help when I checked out, but coming in, it wasn't too welcoming

I could walk (20 min) to this hotel from the airport and was looking for cheapest option close to the airport. Room was specious and clean, staff was correct but not enthusiastic. II wonder if there would eb a better priced option as close to the airport.

What impressed me most was the staff. They were kind, considerate and very friendly and accomodating. The rooms on one side of the hotel were very noisy....the windows weren't very clean but access to shopping, the airport and my mothers senior's residence was excellent. Breakfast was adequate and service to the airport was complimentary.....that should have been indicated in the hotel description. The beds were hard but the pillows were great. The shower head in our room did not work well and the chairs in the room were very uncomfortable for any length of time. But it was clean and meet our needs.

Room was comfortable and staff very good. Front door not accessible - opening door with two suitcases was more than difficult. Second floor not accessible. This needs to be very clearly stated on the website and any phone calls that are made. Breakfast space extremely small and, of course, no really accessible to those with mobility issues.

Only slept there for 2 nights. Didn't need anything else. Needed a shuttle from the airport. Was told it would be 5 to 15 minutes. Waited at the hotel shuttle pickup area for 30 minutes until I bribed the Hilton shuttle driver to give me a ride. Turns out the hotel uses a local taxi as the shuttle which was not made clear to me. This needs some work.

The staff were most helpful. The room was comfortable and well appointed. I appreciated the taxi service to and from the airport and the computer access. Good location. I am not a coffee drinker and making a cup of tea was challenging. Creamers were sour.
