When I informed the staff upon arrival that I had a lower back injury they switched my room to a ground floor room. They posted that they had seasonal shuttle service but upon arrival we were informed that they had stopped that service last year. It was a deciding factor when I booked the room. There was also mold in the room and we all woke up with red eyes and conjestion. |
