The loft suite with its balcony overlooking the Village walk was spacious and comfortable. Being told by the staff that if I had contacted the hotel directly and told them that we had stayed there previously that we would get an upgrade or a percentage off the room. Why could this not have been offered at check out???

Location Staff Few mis steps - door key didn't work 3 times on arrival. It meant a return to the front desk with luggage 3 times. iron didn't work, cleaning needed touch ups, parking was good but confusing to locate a working elevator.

Location, staff friendly, easy access to attractions. Not enough light in room. When lights are on still seems underlit. Cost of parking when it was the shoulder period and so many spaces vacant.

I liked the room and the location, the staff were very friendly Drunk loud yelling group of very early 20 year old female bachelorettes- six -10 drunk drinking party of guys in the secured underground parkade in the evening of which we had paid the privilege for parking there. I let front desk know about the parkade.

the locatin is good which is at the centre of the Whistler village. It is easy to find. The bed is large and cozy. The room is clean and tidy. The room is a bit small and it is somehow noisy at night.

The location to Whistler Village, everything is at the front door. The suite was very comfortable Rented a kitchenette and the knives were beyond dull. So dull they were dangerous. I feel this should be routinely checked by the lodge and not left to the guest to have them switched out

Proximity to slopes and activities and shops. We have skied all over Europe and have never experienced such an all inclusive resort. Great skiing, safe, varied and suit all levels. Ski right back to your accommodation, have a swim, relax in hot tub and then out for dinner in a choice of fab eateries all within the village. I couldn't say one bad word about the resort or the hotel. Love it love it love it. And that includes 2 hard to please teenagers who agree 100% Expensive for ski lift passes No great deal on weekly passes.

The rooms were great and the service was flawless! I never know if renting a two or three bedroom suite would be better than several rooms because they don´t sepecify about the amount of bathrooms. When I travel with big boys I need at least two complete bathrooms!

This was my third visit to Whistler and this property was close to the gondolas. The room was of adequate size for a solo traveller. The ski valet service was great when available at the top of the stairs but this only occurred 2 of 5 ski days. It was extremely noisy from external noise, not only on the weekends but all week nights. In my opinion, the closeness of the property to the gondola doesn't compensate for the noise and inability to sleep as I have stayed at other properties nearby with less noise.

Staff (reception, ski locker boys and cleaning) were helpful, friendly and cheerful and would do all they could to follow through and get back to me with the information I needed. Most went the extra mile. Rooms (upgrade) were a good size and nice and warm! Everything replenished each day. Location fantastic. I would return to this hotel.

The staff were very attentative, responsive and professional. I also liked that it was so centrally located in the village and everything was so close at hand. I thought parking was a little expensive and that if you were staying for longer than a couple of days discounts should be offered on the parking.

The hotel is lovely, clean, well appointed. The location is superb. The restaurants are very good. But the staff was simply out of this world extraordinary. I must compliment them to the max. We had an accident by the pool, wherein my daughter slipped and fell, and we were unsure how serious her injuries were. Hotel staff summoned emergency help for us, and after our return from hospital, they greeted us excitedly to see all was well, and with a few kind gestures helped make us feel they felt concerned for our well being. They were very kind and comforting, and in such a stressful situation, it was much appreciated. The fact that the pool and hot tub are outdoors. It was chilly on the skin going outside to swim. Also, the water on the deck had frozen to ice, and caused both my daughter and another man to fall on the concrete. A solution to the ice problem needs to be found by the hotel, to avoid future problems.
