Ramada Niagara Falls  

They provided a shuttle to many of the main attractions. They had an ihop attached to the hotel.

There was no view (in the write up it states view). First room the bed was broken. Second room was dirty. Keycard did not work and had to get it recoded every day twice a day which was annoying when you lugged all of your belongings up to the 6th floor to learn your card did not work, then trudge back downstairs to rekey the card at the desk. Pool was small and crowded. Staff was not very helpful or accomodating with concerns.

Quite clean and very cosy

When we booked we were promised a room that has a falls view,but the receptionist changed it to the back of the hotel,secondly a guest needs to be told all the cost at the front desk and he has to be told the amount of money that is being withheld from his credit card.I Think a guest as to know whatever cost is involved immediately he issues his credit card. Thirdly on my arrival when I showed my booking papers to the receptionist,he immediately said that my credit card was rejected and I told him that he should try to charge it while I'm there,as soon as he charged it,it went through,I felt embarrassed in front of other guest,being told that my card was rejected.

It is wonderful that yr staff can upgrade my room because there is no queen size bed as my request. He is so nice. However, the room is not facility provided enough, at least should be bottles of drinking water provided.

I liked the free shuttle pass best! As a result, I got to tour around Niagara Falls, visiting the two casinos and several hotels in the area. I didn't know about this free shuttle prior to my stay at Ramada Niagara Falls. Thank you for the ride!

I didn't like the policy that the parking fee is $12.

Room was nice, beds very comfortable

There was a slight problem with our booking: said we booked 2 rooms instead of one, but staff dealt with it quickly and politely. Shuttle bus was a good idea but it cost extra and the shuttle stops were not clearly indicated (locals unwilling or unable to assist us). Felt that shuttle and parking should have been included in price. Rather expensive in the end, compared to other hotels we've tried.

It was within walking distance to the falls.

The rooms was a little dated.

the Jacuzzi is nice. bed is comfortable.

the lightening is not bright enough. View was blocked by the other hotel name double tree. Hotel feels kinda old. The picture on the webiste make it look tall. in real, its only couple floors height.
