The room was warm and cozy and it had alot of space which we liked. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel I really don't have anything bad to say about it other then that darn fan in the bathroom which made a racket when you turned on the light. But we didn't let it ruin our stay because over all it was great and I would go back again.. just the fan in the bathroom which made a noise everytime we turned the light on.. |

Friendly staff, rooms were fairly clean, view of the city of Niagara Falls was quite nice. Our room had a very poor air conditioning unit which we needed ear plugs to get any sleep and it did not cool the room very well. I did mention this to the staff. They thanked me for the info. So that they could repair this defect. The bus shuttle does not pick up from the Falls after 11:00 P.M. We asked the shuttle driver how long the bus is in service and she said until 1:00 A.M. but she failed to mention that only the city circle was serviced until 1:00 A.M. not the Falls. We had to walk all the way back to the Falls Plaza at 12:00 A.M. from the Horseshoe Falls. I was not a happy camper but Dennis, the night manager at the Falls Plaza, accommodated us for a courteous late check out for our inconvenience. The staff is ideal. |

We enjoyed the convenience of either walking or taking the shuttle to restaurants and attractions. |

We actually had a spa into our room!! Awesome. The room was quite large also. Although the room was supposedly non-smoker, it smelt cold smoke. The smell was very bad each we were entering the room. |

We were allowed to check in early, thank you. The rooms were nice. Fairly good location to things. The family enjoyed the pool. Nothing really (one light bulb in our room didn't work but not a big deal). |

So reluxing and the atmosphere was good through out. The location and proximity to the city centre is perfect and wont mind a second stay there. Yes the room was kind of stinky when we got in though ot looked clean, could be better with some kind of air fresheners. |

Proximity to Clifton Hill; indoor pool; prompt response to requests/inquiries; shuttle service linens were very worn - thin sheets and towels; phones did not work initially; prefer light colored bedspreads in hotels so I know they're clean; |

Great pool. I booked the room for 5 people, as your site said. They made me add 12$per night for a fith bed. Why do they sell a 5 prople room with only place for 4 to sleep? |

There were four of us (in 2 different rooms) and we all found the staff to be courteous and friendly. We also felt we got a good deal with the price we paid for the rooms. |

We just stayed one night. Our room was really big with a nice bath tube. Hotel is located 12 minutes walking away from the falls. Breakfast is worth the 7$. Long check in procedure. |

The room was clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable. We would stay again. The only thing was a strip of wallpaper hanging in the room, 307 |

Hotel was clean and not far from the falls. The pool was open 24hrs although i never got a chance to use it. The 12dollar parking charge. When waiting to get served at reception there must have been 3-4 calls, people asking about parking charges.I think it put people off.I would have stayed for 2nights or more but the hotel rate was to high friday - sunday |

Nice clean and big rooms I asked for a room with 2 beds and i got with one only, the breakfast is really tricky... we took the breakfast and the lady there asked us if we wanted a coffee- its looked like its part of the breakfast until we got the bill- we have been charged for almost 3$ per each coffee- we felt bad after that. |

The quality of the rooms and the excellent buffett breakfast. We were very disappoined at not being able to use the pool facilities, as children complety monopolised the pool no time given to senior people who also like to use the pool, but it was too dangerious with young children jumping from side of pool. |

comfort and 24hr pool use. cleaning staff only cleaned the room excellent the first time, after that they only changed the towels and toilet paper, the beds were made but noticed they left the same juice spill on the blankets so they didn't change them and floor wasn't even vacumed. |
