The quality of the rooms and the excellent buffett breakfast. We were very disappoined at not being able to use the pool facilities, as children complety monopolised the pool no time given to senior people who also like to use the pool, but it was too dangerious with young children jumping from side of pool. |

comfort and 24hr pool use. cleaning staff only cleaned the room excellent the first time, after that they only changed the towels and toilet paper, the beds were made but noticed they left the same juice spill on the blankets so they didn't change them and floor wasn't even vacumed. |

It appears that they did not expect us to arrive as we checked in late, around 9PM. The room that they gave us did not have enough towels, shampoo, soap. To be exact, 1 set of towels, 1 shampoo and 1 soap for 3 of us. We had to call them for additional. It looks like we were the only one on that floor, reserved for booking.com guess? |

I was very happy with my stay at this hotel. My family stayed two night in adjoinning rooms. It was a nice hotel for the seven of us. I would definitly stay here again. |

The pool wasn't available during our stay, but no additional discount was offered for this inconvience. If you pay for something included in you reservation, and its not working, than I believe that you not be paying for this service. See above. Our room was fine and the staff were fine as well. |

The location was nice..The staff was very eager to point us in the right direction to see the show we wanted to get to. The jacuzzi suite that we ended up with had a problem. Every time someone emptied there tub it came down and filled ours with nasty water and bubbles..I couldn't even use ours. |

the pool was great. loved the pillows and comfortable beds. was glad my room was not near the very noisy ice machines located on the 3rd 5th and 7th floors. wished there was a continental breakfast as the restaurant is now closed. The hotel was also further than walking distyance from the casino but the price of the hotel made up for that inconvenience. |
