Shuttle service to Convention Centre was the best part of the whole weekend! Would not recommend staying there as the room wasn't clean or updated or maintain shower was in need of repair. And when I pulled out a kneenex a big wad of gum with long black hair attached to it Yuck

The location is ideal - quick 15 minute walk to Clifton Hill and the Falls. Staff are attentive and friendly. The bed in our King Spa Suite was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spacious and comfortable. It's also very nice to have the Shuttle Pick Up right from the hotel.

The television was only used in the evenings but the volume didn't go past 35, which is hard to hear with the air conditioning on the highest speed. There was a balcony off of the room, but no chairs to sit in.

Nice hotel for the price. Good location.

I don't like to stay in this hotel because they give it my room to the another client and give it to me bad and poor quality service . The unit was have bad siggaret smal, and also I order spa bun, but I don't get it.

The hotel was fine. My only issue was the "panoramic view" that was used to sell our room to us was hardly that. The initial room we were put in over looked the back parking lot and broken down backyards of their neighbors. I asked for one on the other side and was given it but the view was not what I was anticipating. Over all I would say good value, but nothing more than that.

I didn't like that neither you guys and neither hotel staff didn't tell me anything about their parking. This this the first hotel that charged me $12 for the parking even though I stayed there. I found that I was charged only in the morning when I was checking out. I was very upset with that. The total pay came out to $93.14 instead of $69.95 + tax.($9.09).

Staff were friendly and helpful! Love ihop! Room was nice and clean!

We found the cleanliness of the room to be acceptable. We found the location to be good (close to Falls, and restaurants).

Reservation/Room: We made a reservation well advance, for a room with single King Bed, only to arrive and be told that there was no room available. They put my pregnant wife and I into a room with 2 Queen beds; their explanation was that there was an "error" in the system : Defeats the purpose of a reservation for a room. Loud Neighbours: On our l ast night of stay: Four (4) rowdy loud young people in room across from ours. On two occasions that night, the security told the two couples in the room that they have to keep it down on the noise - to no avail. By 3:15am, I was awake hearing them yelling, laughing, music, (Drunk) until they left to the casino (I heard them clearly through the door saying that they were going there),. AND one of the guys walked to our room door, played around with the handle and laughed and left (I saw through the eye hole). No Apology: When I mentioned this annnoyance to the supervisor the next morning at check-out, she did not even offer an apology, she merely said "well, that's what security is for." My wife and I will NOT be staying there again.

Good location, service and price.

I booked our room as the King Suite with Whirlpool room, but was transferred into a Jr. Presidential Suite - I was not impressed with this as I was not notified until arrival.

We enjoyed the balcony for viewing the city. I hope we could get the same room when we decide to go back. The jacuzzi was wonderful too!

The beds were not very comfortable. They felt comfortable but upon waking up was stiff all over both mornings.

The location was good and it was nice to have the complimentry shuttle. The staff was friendly and it was within walking distance from the casino. The price was reasonable. We would definitely stay here again if we could get the same reasonable rates.
