És un hotel amb encant, lluny de la fredor dels grans establiments amb moltes habitacions. El desconeixement del reciclatge és total, malauradament. L'esmorzar se serveix en plats i coberts de plàstic, cosa que hauria de suprimir-se immediatament. |

Location. Comfortable beds. Dressing room and large bathroom very convenient. Availaability of laundry facilities. Breakfast based mostly on wheat products. Better selection of fruits desirable. Decor a bit run down. |

Good location, right near subway. We tried to add an additional night to our stay during a time when nearly every hotel in the whole city was booked. First we were told that our room was not available, then the next morning we were told our room was available, but for three times the amount we paid for the previous two nights. We tried looking for another room but could not find one, so we asked again if our room was available. First they said no, then they said it was, but this time quoted us a price around thirty to forty dollars more than the original rate. The whole experience was confusing and unsettling and we could have stayed someplace nicer for the amount we paid. |

Close to subway. Just off Bloor Street. Dingy. Tiny old elevator so we always took stairs. Breakfast so so. Tiny tiny bathroom. |

Availability of a computer and printer at the reception just for the guests. Breakfast was also good, close to the underground station, Sherbourne The air inside the room was pretty sticky, as there was no window which could be opened. You had to keep the air conditioner on all the time to have some sort of fresh air. The lift was also terrible, a very old design with a retractable door which is very hard to keep it open if you have luggages with you. Noise from other rooms could also be heard but because of the noise of the AC that was pretty bearable. Wireless Internet was not well functioning. It is not exactly in the downtown but still in a quite reachable location. |

On departure we were able to have a late check-out. Also a taxi was instantly available to take us to the airport. On arrival there was a lack of a welcoming smile and friendly chat. It felt like a minute or two before we were even acknowledged! |

Considering the many flaws of this hotel, it does have one good thing: an "exit" sign. Not clean, thoroughly unhealthy breakfast (sugar and fat aplenty, but hardly any fruit), ill-kept charm, tiny rooms, filthy carpets, dodgy elevator, no newspaper (though it was promised), and so antiquated that it even lacks modern electrical outlets (had to charge my laptop in the toilet). |

Hotel was clean and comfortable and reasonably priced, as well as conveniently located near public transit, making it easy to access downtown Toronto. Staff was friendly, and they put out a good complimentary breakfast spread. |

Good value for the money, good location, breakfast ok. First, I got a single-bed room in the basement without window. After complaining I got a nicer one (however, still single-bed and not double, as booked; but the room was spacious, so I didn't care). |

It was cheap, people were friendly and helpful. it was extremely noisy at night, could hear everyone in the halls. Room was also located in the basement which was wierd. |
