Aquest hotel confortable ofereix una ubicació ideal al sud de Calgary, Alberta, i disposa d'instal·lacions úniques i cuina de qualitat. A més, és a prop de l'aeroport internacional de Calgary i del centre, amb moltes botigues, locals d'oci i llocs d'interès. El Delta Calgary està format per l'edifici Tower, de 8 plantes, i l'edifici Atrium, de 3. Location, Pool and facilities, staff were very friendly and helpful. Room cleanliness. Fridge and microwave in the rooms. The fact that breakfast is not included with the room price, my room was $165 and breakfast was additional. TV functions were not very good. No kettle.

Room ameneties very good I.E.Fridge micro wave etc.' beds very good. Dining facilities not bad. On other hotel stays and delta seems the same guests staying extra nights have rooms made up late in the day. Many seniors (like myself) are up and about before 10 A.M. and would like the room done by noon, In this instance the maid got to our room at 4:00 pm . Some of us take an afternoon nap.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Room was dated and needed an upgrade and that was the second room we tried. Lots of hallway noise. Room was cold.

The buffet for breakfast was very good, easy and quick. It was a bit pricey - but not overly. The check in staff were very helpful, efficient and polite. Check out was very easy. The beds were very good, the detergent used has no fragrance - is not Tide (which I react to). The pillows were comfortable. The shower worked, and the pool was clean!! For a 12 hour stay - it was excellent!

The Hotel was clean, friendly, food good etc The location of the Hotel was not really where we wanted to be for convenience, but as I had no idea of the layout of Calgary, found it difficult to choose our base. If in the future, I visit Calgary, I would choose to stay nearer to the Downtown area. Apart from that, I have to say the LRT/CTrain was useful.

location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, easy flow of room, clean bathroom parking lot (tight and limited by main building), thin walls - could hear everything in hall and room next door...mattress (under the mattress sheets) found crumbs and stuff (maybe food or something??) in the hollows of the mattress pillow top.

We arrived around 8 pm on July 8th and had to wait approx. 1 hr. To get into a room, due to "late checkouts" and the rooms not being cleaned accordingly.

I have stayed in numerous establishments, both for business and pleasure, and found the Delta Calgary South one of the most comfortable and professional places ever. The staff were ultra friendly and we were treated with the utmost care from check in to departure, including the housekeeping staff who continuously greeted us with a smile and friendly acknowledgement. You will be highly recommended to all.

The staff were exceptionally polite and very nice to deal with The full breakfast buffet was not at all worth the cost, I ate at 10:15am the first day and the food had been sitting for a while and there were a lot of items missing. On the second day I just had the continental breakfast which was much better.

Nancy the front desk clerk was very nice. The hotel was dirty-the floors through out the corridors-the gym equipment- the floors in the bathroom, the bath tub etc. It was very uncomfortable. I also got food poisoning from the hotel restaurant-i ordered room service. The food was also warm when delivered. Also, I tried the check out express and did not receive my emailed version of my check out as promised-despite giving my details.
