Delta Calgary South  

Nous avions réservé deux chambres dont 1 régulière et 1 Premium et à l'arrivée ils ne disaient n'avoir reçu qu'une seule demande de réservation de votre part. Le préposé à la réception était totalement incompétent et à eu beaucoup de difficultés à résoudre le problème. Finalement après 45 min d'attente, ils ont fini par nous proposer une seconde chambre mais je n'ai pas pu avoir la chambre Premium que j'avais initialement réservé.

Location, Pool and facilities, staff were very friendly and helpful. Room cleanliness. Fridge and microwave in the rooms.

The fact that breakfast is not included with the room price, my room was $165 and breakfast was additional. TV functions were not very good. No kettle.

It was a nice place to stay. We only were here for one night, didn't get to enjoy all the features of hotel>

Room was dated and needed an upgrade and that was the second room we tried. Lots of hallway noise. Room was cold.

parking lot (tight and limited by main building), thin walls - could hear everything in hall and room next door...mattress (under the mattress sheets) found crumbs and stuff (maybe food or something??) in the hollows of the mattress pillow top.

I was asking for 2 quin size beds but first night it was not available. We were moved to one the second night.

Room smelt musty,kids next door slammed door all night.

I have stayed in numerous establishments, both for business and pleasure, and found the Delta Calgary South one of the most comfortable and professional places ever. The staff were ultra friendly and we were treated with the utmost care from check in to departure, including the housekeeping staff who continuously greeted us with a smile and friendly acknowledgement. You will be highly recommended to all.

Nancy the front desk clerk was very nice.

The hotel was dirty-the floors through out the corridors-the gym equipment- the floors in the bathroom, the bath tub etc. It was very uncomfortable. I also got food poisoning from the hotel restaurant-i ordered room service. The food was also warm when delivered. Also, I tried the check out express and did not receive my emailed version of my check out as promised-despite giving my details.
