The hotel is dated with peeling wall paper and worn carpet.

room was "tired". extra bedding was stained. room is described as a suite, but there were no plates, cutlery, etc. lack of waste receptacles in room.

Room was very comfortable. Staff were great. Great location.

No swimming pool.

Location, Room Service, helpful staff at the front desk... Mr. Richard at the Bar/Restaurant is polite and appreciated

No Omlette in the Breakfast...to be ordered separately and told as $16 for one omlette (bit costly)...but they gave discount of $5 but still costly. We felt Omlette must be part of the buffet breakfast as experienced with other hotels...

Bath was too small and too shallow.

Good comfortable rooms. The restaurant is a very good. Much cheaper than going out and eating in the surrounding restaurants.

My reservation confirmation said breakfast was included. When I checked in and inquired about breakfast I was informed that breakfast was not included.

the hairs in the tub when we checked in and the horribly uncomfortable bed and even more uncomfortable sofa bed

loved the suite room design, location was ideal. Would like to have a breakfast included in the room rate.

Great location within walking distance of the CN tower, St Lawrence Market, downtown shopping. Extremely helpful concierge team who went above and beyond to return some belongings to us which had been left behind.

The staff at breakfast seemed vague and disorganised. Tables were never cleared after guests had left.

Check-in was a breeze. Room was clean and well equipped, felt right at home instantly.

Extra Room -- would like to have second bathroom/toilet with suite but cant always expect. Location was good etc.

Excellent "value for money" - a really large appartment room for a very reasonable price All service facilities available within the hotel - even a parking facility right in front of the reception Excellent very central location - walking distance from shopping centres, Toronto tower and waterfront on lake Ontario Very friendly personnel

Pleasant staff and clean facilities. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. The room was very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again!

location to Sister Act and meetings

No Towels for showing( Used a hand towel) Bulb out beside bed - Could not read that night in bed Fitness area was closed / i do not want to go outside to a different gym ( i always pick a hotel with a gym because i'm sitting at meeting during the day.)

The fact that they are pet friendly; late check out was wonderful (1:00pm) location is great

We loved our stay. When travelling with children it's very nice to have a suite so they can have some space and we can too. We also like to shop at the market for dinner supplies and eat back at the room to save money so it was nice to have a fridge available and som space to eat. Also, the staff were wonderful!

The rooms would lovely and comfortable. Proximity to downtown shopping within walking distance was a plus.

We came to visit family in Toronto and we needed to bring our dog. The staff was very accommodating and the dog even received a gift bag. We found everyone there very courteous and went out of their way to answer questions and make us feel comfortable.

I cannot think of anything that was negative.
