This inn is way better than I expected at this price. It is much better than most of the so called hotels I have lived, clean, quiet, and the interior of the room is better than most of the known hotels. I would say as an inn, the price is worth it.

Had to upgrade to a better room. The original "standard" room was dreadful, surrounded by trucks and renovation. Complained and upgraded to what i would call their standard room or at least those there were more of nearest the reception area.

I loved the full breakfast menu as I had been told it was a continental

snow storm but I don't think that was their doing. It seem to hit the heater unit on such an angle as to create a storm noise all night.

For the price we found the room to be rather clean looking with a nice flat screen, mini fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom was very clean as well. We had our dinner in the little pub downstairs and found the food excellent (my wife had the lasagna and I the steak).

The front desk staff were lovely - fast, efficient, friendly and helpful. The price was good and the location convenient. The water was beautifully hot.

The lighting in the room is poor. The plug for the standing lamp didn't work - which also meant I couldn't plug in my laptop and had to move furniture around to accommodate plugging it behind the bed. There were insufficient power points - I had to unplug the fridge in order to use the coffee maker. The aircon unit used for heating is old and noisy - I had two terrible nights' sleep. The bathtub is too shallow - water starts draining out before there's even enough water in the tub to get warm. The inconvenience factor is greater than justifies the price difference between this and the lodge I usually stay.

Location and pet friendly.Staff was accomdiating.

Beds were not comfortable. The first room we were in was not able to control heat. The second room bathroom brought in stale cigarette smoke during the night.

The hotel was very nice and a good value in Charlottetown. It had a restaurant and pub, and also provided a continental breakfast. The staff,Shalleah and the Pub staff, Donna and Susan were excellent. There was a dog show in town and there were lots of beautiful dogs to enjoy.

Location, to shopping and quick and easy to Civic Center Good price if you book ahead and catch a deal. Lot's of grass to walk the dogs. Great breakfast and the Pub is so convenient when you come back from the show. We are there every year at this time for the dog show.

It did not live up to discription of room on booking.com web site. The room was musty and full of flies had no sitting area and we were not able to open the window to get any fresh air.

Good, clean, comfortable rooms with all the basic amenities at a reasonable price.

I like the location due to the reason I was there.The room was very clean.

I didn't like the dog that barked until midnight next to my room.I also asked for a wheelchair accessible room.The staff put a wooden ramp down in front of the door.My daughter couldn't get in through the door because of a table in the way and once she got in she couldn't go any further.The room was too small for a wheelchair.She couldn't get her chair anywhere near the bathroom.Just not enough room.

It was very clean and no noise at night. Enjoyed the continental breakfast very much and the staff was very helpful at the breakfast.

We had a hard time regulating our temperature, seemed to be either too hot or too cold.

Wonderful value for money. Our accommodations were immaculate and we loved the addition of the small patio out back. Staff were helpful and friendly and the on location pub was superb.

The kindness of the staff: we arrived one day after our booking because our flight had been cancelled and they didn't make us pay that night! Very kind and serious! Parking, swimming pool,

Enjoyed our stay.Travelling with an 8yr old,it was great to have a fridge for water ,lunches,and treats.The pool was a big treat.The air conditioning worked and wasn't too loud.The food in the pub was very good and the waitress very pleasant.We would go back again.

There was no place to dry wet bathing suits.It would have been nice to have a cloths line in the back for this purpose.

Our room smelled like dogs. The TV was not the 32 inch that was advertised. THe room was not at all what I saw on the internet when I booked the room. The continental breakfast was not that good and there were areas that should have been wiped up better.

Location Price ground level...didn't have to carry luggage upstairs very pleasant lawn with shade trees to sit under wonderful view nice staff

hammering by workmen in the next room in the morning we were there on vacation for a much needed rest

Good location with friendly staff. Currently being updated. Some items were worn. Kids seemed to really enjoy the pool.

It was centrally located and had all the services I required.

We appreciated having a microwave, fridge, and coffee machine. The beds were quite comfortable. The Chinese restaurant near the motel was very good. It's within an easy drive to the airport.

There were blood stains on the bath mat, the sink didn't have a plug, the bathroom doorknob was loose. The breakfast didn't include very many healthy options. The staff seemed frazzled.
