Canada's Best Value Inn  

I liked the free parking. I liked the low building because I don't like highrises. I liked the mall, shops and restaurants nearby. I liked the tv and fridge/ice bucket were very comforting to have.

I did not like the smell of smoke in the room. It made me sick. I was absolutely shocked to find that the place smelled of smoke. This is Canada! Lose the indoor smoking already. I did not like coming across a porn channel while I was watching the morning news. I did not like the towels they were very rough and smelled of bleach. Toilet paper was rough too. Mostly I didn't like the scent of the room, a combination of stale smoke and toilet. I wished I could open the window and air it out. I did not like the noisy air conditioner.

Location and price

This place was wonderful. I needed A place to stay and didn't want to pay to much. The staff is friendly, and very helpful. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. I definatly would stay here again.

The inn is kinda far down on a street with not much to walk to.. There is a gas Stalin. Next door. But if you are a smoker you would need a car. Where it is located is by mostly indusriAl company's.

Good price and value. Clean and comfortable.

We were a little late getting up. However, we were well within the "breakfast"schedule. However, everything was gone except for coffee.

For the price, excellent place to stay. For our family reunion this was close. Very convenient to the places we wanted to tour while visiting Toronto. If you don't care about the frills, this is the place to stay.

Parking close to building #2 is at a premium.

I paid my room the night arriving at the reception and during the delivery of key employee in the morning responded very sharply to my wife by an "only in English" when she gave the room number . Room size is small

The motel allowed us slightly earlier check in (their normal time is an early 12 noon). They rushed to get the room ready. Staff at front desk were helpful in providing directions for us.

Rooms are right next to the expressway, although this was not a major problem. In their rush to find us a room, they put us in a non-smoking room.
