'Continental breakfast' is a joke!

Liked the reception we received - very friendly and helpful people. Great location in Etobicoke, Toronto for the swim meet we were participating in. The price was also right for our moderate budget. Hair drier and internet access some nice extras.

Good price and value. Clean and comfortable.

We were a little late getting up. However, we were well within the "breakfast"schedule. However, everything was gone except for coffee.

Looked a little shabby

After the experience of booking went awry I thought this would not be a good experience, however, the staff was very helpful and apologetic even though it was no fault of the hotel. Very comfortable beds and clean room. I would stay here again and most likely will for this coming New Year's Eve.

I have no complaints about the hotel just the booking on line process was not good.

Clae rooms - met my basic requirements

Lack of facilities

Room was well appointed - had a fridge and microwave. Free parking and short walk to Sherway mall

A bit out of the city - have to drive in realistically. Traffic is bad on the roads in but route is quite direct and easy

locked out of our room for over half an hour after an exhausting day, the front desk staff (man) disappeared, had apologized on his return to fix the swipe card that would stop working constantly, but honestly, the apology did not seem sincere and it was incredibly inconvenient

Comfortable for a weary traveler.

the room are very quiet you dont ear the noise

the breakfast,the put 2 muffins or 3 donuts and that all.

The motel allowed us slightly earlier check in (their normal time is an early 12 noon). They rushed to get the room ready. Staff at front desk were helpful in providing directions for us.

Rooms are right next to the expressway, although this was not a major problem. In their rush to find us a room, they put us in a non-smoking room.
