Liked the reception we received - very friendly and helpful people. Great location in Etobicoke, Toronto for the swim meet we were participating in. The price was also right for our moderate budget. Hair drier and internet access some nice extras.

Check in was very easy, hotel is located just outside the main hub of the city. East access to both downtown and Suburbs, This is a no nonsense no frills hotel. The decore is a little dated , yet it was clean. The none smoking rooms are very nice and cleaned and have more updated furnishings. Hotel is definitly a choice of the locals in the area. Parking was a bit hard, but all in all the stay was ok.

Good price and value. Clean and comfortable. We were a little late getting up. However, we were well within the "breakfast"schedule. However, everything was gone except for coffee.

For the price, excellent place to stay. For our family reunion this was close. Very convenient to the places we wanted to tour while visiting Toronto. If you don't care about the frills, this is the place to stay. Parking close to building #2 is at a premium.

After the experience of booking went awry I thought this would not be a good experience, however, the staff was very helpful and apologetic even though it was no fault of the hotel. Very comfortable beds and clean room. I would stay here again and most likely will for this coming New Year's Eve. I have no complaints about the hotel just the booking on line process was not good.

I find the man of the reception very impolite. I paid my room the night arriving at the reception and during the delivery of key employee in the morning responded very sharply to my wife by an "only in English" when she gave the room number . Then the employee has come close to my car ordered me to come to the reception ... In fact the day before the other employee had made an error of four dollars on the note and the monjsieur called me the very virulent like I wanted to leave without paying. He has not even taken the trouble to redo the bill, but has been careful to criticize his colleague. Shameful

Room was well appointed - had a fridge and microwave. Free parking and short walk to Sherway mall A bit out of the city - have to drive in realistically. Traffic is bad on the roads in but route is quite direct and easy

locked out of our room for over half an hour after an exhausting day, the front desk staff (man) disappeared, had apologized on his return to fix the swipe card that would stop working constantly, but honestly, the apology did not seem sincere and it was incredibly inconvenient

The motel allowed us slightly earlier check in (their normal time is an early 12 noon). They rushed to get the room ready. Staff at front desk were helpful in providing directions for us. Rooms are right next to the expressway, although this was not a major problem. In their rush to find us a room, they put us in a non-smoking room.
