bed location fridge/micro bath clean quiet
pillows - lumpy
Location, price, clean
breakfast is small but cant expect much with how cheap the stay is
location is good
Close to what we needed for a location. Place was busy, a good sign. Staff was very helpful.
Close to highway, but not intrusive.
Lobby and room were very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was the quietest hotel we have ever stayed in! There is a bus stop right across the street.
Would have liked more choices for continental breakfast, although they do tell you it's a light continental breakfast.
The pillows were pure garbage. For the cheap motel and for how much they charge for a night, the pillows could have been replaced with newer ones.
The check in time for the hotel was 3 .. We arrived at 3 45 and our room was still not cleaned from the night before. Other than that everything was good.
The hotel is in a quit area, clean and well maintained. Well worth the money.
The staff could be less rude at the main desk.
too far away from central
Free parking, Close to subway and QEW
From outside it seemed modest like what typical motels are (2storey) but we were all surprised at how nice & clean the rooms were. Bathroom was new & clean. There are many places to arrange our stuff neatly. The fridge, microwave & iron + ironing board came in handy esp. if travelling with a baby. Didn't know breakfast was included so was also happy about that. Breakfast was just a modest amount of breads for toasting, cereals, jams, coffee & tea. It was just infront of the reception. There is no place to sit so we took ours to the room. Don't expect 5 star breakfast with savory stuff. There are also vendo machines for chocolates & drinks + ice machine. The area was also very nice. Lots of restaurants, fast food & shops around. It is also beside a big shopping mall. It's not that far too from downtown 15-20mins. All in all we are happy with our stay & will definitely be coming back. It's really value for money. My french in laws were very surprised at the quality of the hotel for a low price.
Friendly ,helpful staff..I never had a travel adapter t o charge my tablet and the night clerk searched the drawers until he found one for me thank you ! The bed was fresh, crisp and comfortable..I would have cheerfully taken the pillows home with me if I could .I would certainly book there again if ever in Toronto
I can't think of anything to complain about except perhaps the breakfast which is very basic
Everything. Good location, and accessible for where I wanted to go and things that I wanted to do. Room was very clean, beds were exceptional :). Thick matteress. Good value for the money.
Didn't have extra cots.
Friendly staff and value for money. The facility was very clean.
The Staff was helpful.
Bathroom smelled of tobacco smoke and the motel looked like it was going through some kind of renovation.
Reasonable price; Very nice location (easy access to highway & stores); Nice room.
Heavy equipment digging outside the room at 8am; Asked for an extra hanger for my shirt, but That was Not possible..? only 2 pillows.. period !
The overall quality was outstanding
Everytime you go out you must reinsert the passcode of the internet. The distance from the center is the only real bad thing about the hotel
they gave me a room on the ground floor when I asked them, as i use a walker and can't do stairs. It was close to a large shopping and restaurant complex.
stairs and no elevator. white washcloths. black or brown are better for the ladies as they don't show the makeup removal. no fan in the washroom.
I have stayed at the Inn many times and always find it meets my needs very well.
not a thing
For a relatively cheap hotel it is oké. Bed, shower and location are good, don't expect more.
For a little bit more money there are beter hotels in that area
My main concern was safety as a female patron. When I checked in, there was a man sitting closeby and able to hear the personal information I was giving the desk person, which I found unnerving. I couldn't access the WiFi. Overall, the facility was clean and comfortable.
Price and cleanliness ...
Room was too small for a queen bed -- traffic noise from the highway ramp .
Newly renovated room and bathroom. Very nicely done and finished.
Maybe a little more space in the bathroom but not a real big issue. I would like a better, faster wifi. Too slow for what I need to use it for.
- Bed is comfy.
- There seems to be some kind of awful smell in the room.
