Friendly and helpful and honest staff. I would have appreciated knowing ahead of time about the $6 per person charge for the shuttle. No problem though. |

The beds were big and very comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and accomodating The bus shuttle service to the airport were 20 minutes late |

The staff was very friendly and keen to help. The room was a bit 'faded' but quite spacious though. The internet connection was not reliable and we experienced problems of untimely deconnections. |

Friendly and helpful hotel staff, inclusion of a mini-fridge, free coffee and tea. Cleanliness was not the best (but still OK). Internet was painfully slow sometimes, maybe other guests with viruses and p2p were taking all the bandwidth? |

Free internet, which broke down and it took two complaints from me before it was repaired. on our second day, the room was still not cleaned at 17:00. There was not enough cleaning staff. Rooms were very dark and the outside was very run-down looking. |

Inclusion of a mini-fridge. Ground floor room. Proximity to mall. Did not mention that mini-fridge was available. Booking confirmation at hotel did not mention a smoking preference. |

Close to large mall, and affordable. Clean bathroom too. Smell in hallway of stall smoke, also when others smoked in the hall you could smell it in the room. |
